The property was nice! Unfortunately there wasn’t enough toilet paper stocked, not enough blankets, and some of the doors like one of the bathrooms don’t lock. Otherwise everything was great! Location is perfect, house was big!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at River Bend and we’ve bookmarked it to stay again. If you have a boat, it’s a perfect location for Rainbow River without breaking the bank. The public boat ramp is less than a minute away. It’s a beautiful boat ride up river and an amazing day floating back down. As for the home itself, it’s very well equipped and spacious. Comfortable for our large family. It’s older and eclectic in its decor and spaces, but that gives it some old Florida charm. We’ve thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at this home! Can’t wait to go back!

Had a beautiful weekend at this river home. Plenty of room for all of us . The house had everything we needed. Close to antique stores and restaurants. Took the Singing riverboat tour and had lots of fun.

This house was very charming! Great views of the river. The whole home was very warm and welcoming. Kitchen was fully equipped, beds were very comfortable and the house spotless. We had a great time exploring the area with plenty of good food. Great area outside to sit at the firepit in the evening. Will definitely stay here again!!!

We had an incredible stay with our family! The house was equipped with all of the essentials and was more than cozy. The views of the river were available at every turn in the house and our souls were fed with lots of nature and relaxation. I would recommend this place to everyone and hope we find ourselves here again, some day.

Relaxing retreat

Very nice accommodations! The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were very nicely updated. The location and view was excellent. The highlight for us was sitting on the screened in porch enjoying morning coffee watching the alligators and otters in the river below.

Had an excellent time the house was wonderful. Comfortable beds, stocked kitchen which was piratically nice . Too often the kitchen is barley equipped. Loved being able to paddle the river and pull up to the house.

This house was perfect for our week long stay. We had 4 adults with 2 teens. There was plenty of room for all of us and the house is so well equipped. We weren’t missing anything!!

The house looked exactly like the photos! It fits 8 people comfortably. We enjoyed spending our evenings on the screened porch overlooking the river. The best bonus of this place was that the host provides kayaks and paddles for your group to use! We didn’t even need to go to the state park because we were able to launch from the house and kayak to the springs. Would definitely stay here again!

Kayaking trip with friends

We had nine adults staying for a week of kayaking at the nearby springs. Plenty of space for meals and game time at night. Living areas very adequate for this size group and home well equipped and very clean. Location very convenient to everything we needed and in walking distance to art gallery, garden and antique shops and restaurants. Great home!

Dunnellon Dream Home

A beautiful spacious house on a clear river. We fished and swam in the river just a few steps out of the back door. We also went to a few springs nearby. Next time we will have to stay longer so we can enjoy more of the surrounding springs in the area.

Nice property. Further from Rainbow river by tube, canoe or kyak than thought. Outside of property could use some work. Especially the dock. Some areas of the dock are dangerous. Overall nice property. Property manager responsive.

Would return in a heartbeat!

Older home on beautiful lot, lots of charm and space. Great kitchen to cook in. Two bedrooms were small but workable with plenty of space nearby if needed. The half bath has a low ceiling. Wonderful screened porch and views. Totally enjoyed our stay.
