The house is very nice, clean, well equipped, comfortable beds, everything went very smoothly. There is only street parking but we never had any trouble finding a spot right outside. The island is very quiet and peaceful, we loved sitting out in the front.I recommend Todos Santos just a couple of minutes walk away for your morning coffee!

Perfect Summer Getaway

Staying at this property was a perfect getaway for our family. The location is within walking distance from plenty of restaurants and shops, and just around the corner from taking the ferry across to the peninsula where the beach, fun zone, and plenty more good times can be found.

We really enjoyed the location. Close to the water, ferry to the peninsula and Marine street businesses. Kathy is a very attentive host who responds to text messages quickly.

Great location

The house is ideally located on a quiet street, and the beach is only a short walk. The beds are comfortable, and the layout allows for privacy. It is the perfect beach house.

Loved this property and Kathy was so sweet and quick to respond to messages! Location can’t be beat. It’s super spacious!!! Would totally stay here again.The only reason I didn’t give a perfect score was we a slight issue with the second toilet. However, whenever we texted Kathy about the problem, she was quick to respond and they did their best to get it fixed ASAP.

Perfect Balboa Island Retreat

Great location. Comfortable living space. Updated bathrooms. Easy parking (be sure to read the street parking sign so you don’t get dinged for parking during street sweeping). Comfortable bed. TVs worked well. Needs a deep cleaning. Upstairs neighbor could be loud late at night with windows open. No rental is perfect. Overall a good experience.
