Charming, excellent location, quiet

Enjoyed everything about the stay. Only one complaint: bathroom had a terrible odor. Weather was lovely, so we had the windows open a lot.

We had a nice stay at this studio apartment. Location was excellent, with very easy access to places to eat and shop in Le Marais, and also very close to the Seine and the Metro. It was also very quiet, which was great for sleeping and getting over our jet lag! The apartment is small and a bit cluttered/needed a bit more of a clean when we got there, but the listing is accurate and it had everything we needed for our stay. Check-in was easy and communication was also very efficient. We did not know the dishwasher was not functioning, so unfortunately we left our dirty dishes in there until we left, thinking we could run it upon our departure. Sorry to leave it full of dirty dishes!Altogether, it was a good stay and the location was amazing, so I would recommend it for the great neighbourhood and easy access to everything we wanted to see for our first time in Paris!

This studio apartment has everything you need for short or longer term stay. The manager, Jacque, was friendly, helpful and even came down to say goodbye before we left. There’s a nice spa, Le St. Paul. Club, a block away, beautiful fresh food options to take in. We loved it.

Every aspect of this stay was excellent, from the host's pre-arrival communication to the apartment's location to the space's design and furnishings, to check out, everything. This place is clean, quiet, comfortable, and charming, and it's only a half block from the Seine in one direction and a block from a major street packed with cafes and shops in the other. The street the apartment is on is mostly residential but even it has some cool shops and excellent restaurants. If I'm lucky enough to visit Paris again, this apartment will be at the top of my list of places to stay.
