Beautiful rental. Had everything we needed and more… We would definitely recommend this rental for family vacations. Close to Gatlinburg and Pidgeon Forge but away from the congestion of the area. Plenty of activities at the home to keep the kids occupied.
This property is stocked better and cleaner than any home we have ever collectively or individually rented. All 5 sisters agreed that this is a five star location at least!!!
Love the location - not too far from the highway but still very quite. The kids had a blast with the basketball and catching fireflies in the yard, and we loved the fire pit. The pictures in the listing are accurate. Everything was clean and comfortable and well maintained. Plenty of dishes and kitchen "stuff" - even a coffee grinder! We've stayed in lots of different houses around Townsend, but we will definitely return to this one! Thanks so much for making it such a wonderful place to stay!
From start to finish this trip was amazing. Brought our Grandkids for a few days. First, the cabin is close to everything, secondly it is quiet and secluded like camping but not. The house is rustic, cozy, but modern and clean. Well stocked with quality supplies and towels. Snacks, games everything and anything to make the stay enjoyable. We will definitely be back hate to even leave this to expose this gem.
It was Awesome!! Retired teachers from Alcoa Schools had a Christmas party, there was 7 of us, Roasted hot dogs and had s’mores at an Awesome fire pit.
Will definitely choose the same cabin next year!!
Liked that it was handicapped accessible. Many cabins do not think of that!!
Family vacation with grandparents to teens. Very clean home and the hosts are so thoughtful with all of the extra touches. The fully stocked coffee bar was a hit with the adults and we all enjoyed the hot tub after exploring the Smoky Mountains. The location was such a quick drive to the Tremont and Cades Cove areas which was perfect for early morning hikes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Great communication from Ryan and Rhonda who quickly responded to my questions.
We had a GREAT time staying in this cabin. From the moment we stepped in, we felt welcomed and "at home." Everything was spotlessly clean, the furniture brand new, the linens superb, and the kitchen fully equipped with quality pots, pans, pyrex, etc. so that you can actually cook full meals. Our three teenage sons made good use of the basketball court and we all enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub after a long hike in the park. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for making your cabin "just right!"
The cabinets, walls, and sink needed cleaning there was dust in the ceiling fan and the beds were hard the owner responded when asked questions the last week we were there the neighbors were sawing at 12am or later but the over all stay was ok I guess but not for what I paid for it

This is a retaliatory review. The cabin was a fresh remodel everything was brand new. We had to claim several thousand in damages from this guest. They stayed a month and there was melted marshmallow and candy stuck to everything. Red and blue marker on the walls and spills through out the cabin. As far as cleaning we dust the fan, clean under the beds and furniture after every guest. You won't find a cleaner place to stay.
This home is in a great location, so close to town and GSMNP. We love the peacefulness of Townsend and this home offers a private yard keeps you close to nature. We even saw a bear walking down the street during our stay! The house itself was larger than I expected inside and very clean. Rhonda thought of everything in terms of kitchen and bath amenities. The bedrooms were good size and the dining room table was large. The bathrooms are newly renovated. We enjoyed sitting in the screened in porch in the evening.
We stayed here with two young girls who enjoyed playing on the basketball court during the day and board games in the evening. This location is only a 10 minute drive to the Townsend entrance of the national park and a perfect place to relax at after a long day of hiking in the park or floating down the river.
This house is great for families or friends. I would give it more than five stars if possible. Everything about it exceeded my expectations. Would 100% recommend and plan to stay here again in the future.
This was the BEST cabin we've stayed in and we've been doing this yearly! It was clean, everything you need for a feast was there in the kitchen right down to a potato masher! We comfortably cooked and had a feast for 8 for our new years even stay! The kids had a blast with outdoor games provided, and roasting marshmallows, they loved the indoor gaming table and we loved gathering around the fire. The HOT TUB was HOT when we got there and ready to slip into and melt the stress of travel away. The location is PERFECT, you are just a 5 minutes drive from parkway grocery, the apple barn with great food and pastries, and the foothills parkway for a scenic drive. Despite being moments away the cabin feels tucked away in the woods and feels like getting away from it all.On our 30 minutes drive to Cases Cove we got to see deer, buck, bear, turkey, and heron, as well as gorgeous mountain views and an old mill. The owners provided thoughtful touches, like fully decorated for Christmas, and hats and horns, that made our stay so much fun and even better that our expectations! The kids seriously asked if this could be our house. Sadly no, but we'll be back and I think we found our home away from home in the Smokies!
"Just Right" is a 3 bedroom 2 bath cabin on the "Peaceful side of the Smokies". It is Just Right for the entire family, multiple couples or several friends. Its in a very quiet area that is family friendly with enough yard and a basketball area for the kids to play while the adults relax in the hot tub, on the deck or enjoying a game of corn hole. There is a fire pit for everyone to enjoy, perfect for marshmallows, smores, a little storytelling, or just keeping warm on a cool night. It is equipped with about everything you will need to have a great vacation. You will be just minutes from restaurants, shopping and the Great Smokie Mountains National Park. There is lots to do. Hiking the many trails, Tubing down the Little River, fishing, bike riding, exploring Tuckaleechee Caverns, golf, or just sight seeing. (You might see a bear). You will be just a short drive to some of Tennessee's favorite attraction like Dollywood, Ober Mountain, Anakeesta Mountain top adventure park, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Knoxville where you may want to catch a University of Tennessee game or see a show at the famous Tennessee theater.
