I do appreciate the quick response from ivr. There were several issues with appliances in the house. No ice maker was a big one in the summer. The refrigerator froze many of our vegetables and fruits so they had to be discarded. The washing machine was temperamental, it kept reading f21. Eventually it broke down. We spent over 10,000 for the week!! We expected high standards. This failed to meet. Dissatisfied.

Comfy Stay

Great place for our group of 11. Plenty of room for all of us. Very centrally located to do many activities around Tahoe. Groceries and restaurants were very close and convenient. Would definitely recommend.

As a family of 11 (7 adults and 4 teenagers), we enjoyed the location and size of the home because it was a good time to be together in one of our most favorite vacation spots (Lake Tahoe). However, the cleanliness was average (needs a deep clean; not fully vacuumed, dusted and some pillow cases needing replacement, etc). A few fans were not operational. The window screens in some of the rooms were broken and so we couldn't open and get cooler air into those rooms. There was only one pot holder and two dish towels, but plenty of dishes and cookware. The patio was great for visiting, but one of the chairs was broken. You can tell the home has been well used and loved so it shows in wear and need for some updating here and there. Our family recommends that a railing be put around stairs down into garage for safety. And uif possible, have stronger wifi available. Overall we had a great time and I did not call property management to complain as our time there was limited and did not want to waste it waiting on repairs, cleaning, etcetera. It's a nice home and for next travelers, suggest owner or management assure those items have corrected. As it was for us, our family rating came to a 7 out of 10. Am still so grateful we all got to be together so that was the most important aspect for me. I'd recommend it, just ask prior that those items mentioned above have been taken care of before your stay.

Fantastic vacation at EJs

Everything was perfect with exception that it was very warm the first 2 days. Compliments to the property managers for immediately bringing more fans and assisting in any way needed. This lovely home is efficiently and comfortably set up to accommodate a large group. We found layout of the house allowed for gathering as a group for games and family meal times. The bedrooms and bathrooms are situated to give occupants privacy. Loved the short walk to Skylandia Beach. Thank you for making our family reunion a big success and very special! Robbie

Summer Family Vacation

Good but arrived with some appliances broken down: dishwasher, ice maker, lightbulbs, two screens not secure in upstairs master bedroom windows, no towels in kitchen, no extra kitchen garbage bags. We reported the issues and maintenance came a day later than we were told but would have rather had issues attended to before our arrival. The barbecue did not work so well. The outside trash cans were overflowing when we checked in. We reported it and maintenance came that evening to empty it. The house was very accommodating and clean for our family of 15. The beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning units in the bedrooms were appreciated due to the warm summer nights. There were plenty of bathrooms (6 plus) in common areas and bedrooms including a bathtub for the kids. The house provided a first floor bedroom off the main living area for great grandma to have easy access. The kitchen provided all the necessary equipment and had plenty of refrigerator/freezer space(extra one in the garage, extra drink fridge in kitchen and small one upstairs in the rec room. The outside deck and downstairs hot tub was nice. The location was close to secluded beaches, hiking and local stores. Even though it was a significant financial investment for our 4 night stay, we were grateful the house met our needs and would stay at EJ’s Point again.

This was an absolutely wonderful house that was fantastic for multiple families coming together for a week long vacation. Easy walk to the lake, very near Tahoe City, we definitely hope to come back.
