Guest access is the entire two-story home. There is plenty of outdoor parking on a gravel driveway around the home. Access is also available to the rooftop deck above the garage which is located off the second floor loft and gated front and backyard. The garage attached to house is private. Property manager will be available near by and will be best reached through messages. Beautiful private neighborhood in the foothills of the Mingus Mountains. It is a very peaceful neighborhood with magnificent views in all directions. The house is on a hill with several neighbors nearby. There is plenty of parking in a gravel driveway. The majority of the road is paved, however there are a couple very small areas that have gravel going across the road.
