Gorgeous New Build | Whiteface Club & Resort!

A beautiful newly constructed townhome at the Whiteface Club & Resort! This townhome provides guests with access to the resort's private waterfront on Lake Placid Lake, while being less than 2 miles from the village. Enjoy this Sentinel Views townhome at a competitive, introductory rate, while surrounding construction is ongoing. Quiet hours from 5pm to 7am ensure peaceful enjoyment in the evenings, with fast-access to the town of Lake Placid for daytime entertainment and dining.

Between October 15th and April 15th, the weather in Lake Placid and the Adirondacks can be unpredictable and is often accompanied by snow. During this time, some of the outdoor amenities at the property may not be available, including outdoor grills, kayaks, canoes, standup paddleboards, lawn furniture, outdoor seating and the like. If you have any specific questions about your stay, please get in touch. We're happy to help!

The Whiteface Club and Resort affords guests access to world-class golf, tennis, cross country skiing in winter, a private beach, marina, fine dining at The Moose Lodge Boat House restaurant, or pub fare at the Café-on-the-Green, there are few accommodations in Lake Placid that deliver more on the promise of the quintessential Adirondack family vacation. Guests have access to unlimited beach passes, which provides access to the resorts private beach area on Lake Placid Lake.

Note: Location on Maps is approximate. This property is not walking distance to Main Street, Lake Placid. The townhome is located at the Whiteface Club and Resort at the end of Whiteface Inn Lane. These townhomes are located approximately 2 blocks from the tennis courts at the Whiteface Club and Resort.

Great stay!!!!

Super super nice property, everything is brand new! The only thing I can complain about is that it was placed in the downtown area when we booked and it wasn't where it showed on the map. But overall was a very very nice property.

Hello! This is a lovely property in Lake Placid. It was clean and spacious. The directions to the property was difficult for some mapping programs. Picking up the keys in downtown Lake Placid (during busy afternoon with no parking) was difficult, as well as dropping the keys off there again. When we arrived the driveway had not been plowed and there was 4-5" of snow on it making it difficult to traverse.

Great stay in Lake Placid!

Located just 5 minutes from town, this is a brand new property, with lots of space for a large group or multiple families. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the main floor is really inviting with the open-space concept with a nice view and the fireplace. Perhaps a tv on the main level would have been the cherry on top since we often split up between adults upstairs and children in the basement. The surrouding area is still a bit weird as there are a few other houses still in construction, but I guess it will be lovely when all completed. Since we stayed there in the winter, we did not get to try the facilies that the complex offers on the lake. It is well equipped with everything necessary and well labeled. Overall extremely happy with our stay!
