The monon rail trail is minutes away for all of your outdoor walking and biking activities. Downtown Broad Ripple and downtown Indianapolis are both minutes away. Butler University is walking distance as well as Marian University and IUPUI being close by. We are less than 15 minutes from St.Vincent and Methodist hospitals.😄

You will likely see our cats Applesauce and Softpaws wandering around the property. They are very friendly. You may also see our border collie mix Izzy. It’s not unusual to see her sprinting thru the neighboring yards!
