Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. Located in the beautiful Meridian Kessler neighborhood, walking distance from many local bars and eateries. The monon rail trail is minutes away for all of your outdoor walking and biking activities. Downtown Broad Ripple and downtown Indianapolis are both minutes away. Butler University is walking distance as well as Marian University and IUPUI being close by. We are less than 15 minutes from St.Vincent and Methodist hospitals.😄

Other things to note
You will likely see our cats Applesauce and Softpaws wandering around the property. They are very friendly. You may also see our border collie mix Izzy. It’s not unusual to see her sprinting thru the neighboring yards!

Baseball tournament brought us to town

This little house is a gem. It is well maintained, clean, and well appointed. I stayed here with my son and his friend for their baseball tournament and it was just what we needed. Lots of thoughtful additions like spices in the kitchen, cooking spray, bug spray, extra toothbrushes, games and more. I appreciated that there were plenty of towels and blankets. The neighborhood is beautiful. Would absolutely stay here again!

Very cute small house suitable for up to 4 adults. Very clean, nice neighborhood, and walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Having laundry available in the basement was a nice perk. We had a great stay!
