Common Concerns: *Road Conditions: Some of our cabins are on steep, narrow, curvy, mountain roads. If you are concerned about road conditions to get to a cabin, please feel free to ask us! None of our cabins requires a 4-wheel drive under normal weather conditions, but some do in inclement weather. *TV & WiFi: We do have TVs and WiFi in most of our cabins. There are times when heavy cloud cover, weather systems, mountains, or trees will cause problems with the signals. We always want our guests to have the comforts they want on vacation, but there are times we cannot control this problem. *Pests & Wildlife: Here in the Smoky Mountains, we have lots of native bugs and wildlife. All of our cabins are treated for pests, but there are times you will find bugs or even have trouble with bugs. Fall/Winter is ladybug season in the Smokies, and these little buggers are attracted to heat, meaning your cabin and every other one out there that is warm! They will swarm to the cabin, and you'll probably see them alive/dead on windowsills, in vents, etc. Rest assured that your cabin has regular pest control and is professionally cleaned, including bug removal, before and after your stay. However, these bugs come back right away, and unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done about them until the season passes. Please never feed, taunt, or approach any wildlife. This is their home, and we are the visitors. *There are no refunds for storms or power outages. If there is a power outage, there will be no water and potentially no heat. Storms can also make roads impassable, so if a storm is in the forecast during your reservation, come prepared with water and non-perishable food, etc.
FEES: The management company of this cabin charges a $20 per stay Damage Waiver Fee to every customer. It is automatically included in your rate. This covers our guests for up to $350 worth of accidental damage should damage occur during their stay. If damage occurs to the cabin, furnishings, etc, please report it to management as soon as possible so that the damage can be repaired. You may opt out of paying the $20 damage waiver fee by putting down a $350 REFUNDABLE damage deposit.
✨ Peace of Mind & Travel Insurance: I want your stay to be stress-free and enjoyable. Please note that this home has a strict cancellation policy. Because life can be unpredictable, we encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance for extra peace of mind. This way, you can book with confidence knowing you’re protected no matter what comes up. This can be done at www.insuremytrip.com where you can pick the coverage that suits your situation.

Our family had an amazing stay, the cabin was exactly what we were looking for. Private but not far from town for shopping and from the National Park. Great outdoor space with a fenced in property and nice fire pit. Inside was beautiful with an amazing fireplace and more than enough room for our family of 4. Cabin had all the amenities we needed and more.

The photos you shared of the snow on the ground were absolutely beautiful! It really highlights how cozy the outdoor space can be, even in the winter months. We’re so glad you were able to experience that mountain scenery firsthand.

This cabin was more remote than anticipated, but we absolutely loved it! It was clean and had all the modern conveniences. Being tucked into the woods, we didn't even hear neighbors and were able to relax and just take in nature. Our trip was too short, but we will definitely be back!

The property is so beautiful and peaceful. We spent most of the time we were at the cabin on the back porch. It rained every nigbt we were there so we didnt get to utilize the fire pit area. The only drawback was the driveway coming into the property. It was rutted up from the water washing it out, we had a hard time coming and going. There was plenty of space for everyone and we all just loved it! We had everything we needed! Thank you so much for the amazing accommodations!
