About this property

The Harbors: in village, sleeps 5-6, 2 full baths, private parking!

Welcome to our condo which is at the Harbors in the village and in building 3, unit 1! We are in a great location next to the harbor in town so you can walk to everything! Plus private parking, a fireplace and a nice patio area. While you can't see the lake, harbor or marina directly from our condo, it is right around the corner and about 75 yards away.

Our condo is super cozy and very well appointed! We have a large open living room area that adjoins the dining room area - which seats 6 - and into the open kitchen. The living room has a large TV plus a fireplace and plenty of space for everyone. Our slider doors lead out onto the patio, which has a table and chairs but no grill, as we have removed it for now. We have a master bedroom suite with a queen bed plus a private full bathroom. Our second bedroom has twin beds plus a full bath but outside that bedroom and both bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living and for 1-2 guests. We have board games, a very solid internet and provide a duerolog for each stay, though wood is allowed too. The living room has a smart TV and cable while the second bedroom has a Roku.

Note that while we don't have AC, we do have ceiling fans in both bedrooms plus portable fans in the living room. We are on the lower level so it does stay nice and cool in the summer months!

Great time in Lake Placid

Great location to walk to everything in town. Maintenance crews kept parking lot and walks plowed and shoveled nicely. Fireplace kept us all warm and cozy for Apres ski.

Eclipse stay

We had a great time at the Harbors! The condo was exactly as described and Rudy was very responsive. The condo is perfectly located, walking distance from restaurants and shops. It is also located right between Lake Placid and Mirror Lake. We were able to view the eclipse from the lawn right in front of the condo.

Ideal property for stay in Lake Placid

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It has everything you require for a short or long term stay and it is so close to everything in Lake Placid. The indoor decor is perfect for Lake Placid, everything was very warm and welcoming. The beds are comfy! We had a small issue with the cleaning company not having done the clean before our scheduled arrival however Rudy was very quick to rectify this. He is a great host and went out of his way to ensure everything with our stay was going well. I highly recommend staying here for your next Lake Placid stay!

Nice condo

Very nice place , kitchen was nice ( had to wash a pan to use) furniture could use an update bed was ok. Took a while to figure out the remote controls for tvs needed batteries ( had to run to the store) For price could have been a little better. Was asked to start laundry when we left ( which we did)

Overall really comfortable and nice place to stay as a family. If you want to have the privacy and freedom to cook meals/activities as a family, I highly suggest the harbor condos as a place to stay in Lake Placid.

The Harbors was a great home base for our weekend adventures. The unit was very clean with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable feel. The location is great for a quick walk to downtown or to Mirror Lake for all of the activities there!
