Tee Time at River Club

This is one of Hammock Coast Life's newest properties! It is a beautiful one level property in River Club, a gated golf course community with access to enjoy some of the amenities of Litchfield by the Sea! This property has 3 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms with a beautiful dining area and wine cooler. The living room contains vaulted ceilings and creates a nice open space for visiting with family and friends. This kitchen is well equipped and is easily accessible from the entryway. You will also enjoy having a stackable washer and dryer tucked away in a closet in the hallway close to the bedrooms. Off the master bedroom, there is an extra sitting room with a daybed for enjoying your morning coffee or working on your laptop.
River Club is a gated community with onsite golf and a community pool. While renting this condo, you also will have access to certain Litchfield by the Sea amenities such as beach access parking, tennis and pickleball courts, fishing pier and paved walkways around the resort. This rental has three parking spots, but no trailers, campers, or motorcycles. We also offer keyless door access so no registration upon arrival.
Make sure you venture out in Pawleys to enjoy fantastic dining, unique shopping and local attractions!

*PLEASE read the rental agreement before signing. We strive to have each property working in perfect order, however, we can not guarantee that each appliance, a/c, wifi and/or cable will continue to work properly. Once reported, we will make every reasonable effort to assist with repairs in a timely manner. We can not assist with all non-emergencies after business hours, but will promptly respond the next day.
*We strongly encourage travel insurance for rentals during the Hurricane season time frame- June 1st- November 30th. During this timeframe we ONLY refund cancellations if there is a state of emergency ordinance for our area or a mandatory evacuation. For cancellations due to weather conditions, we strive to work with you to reschedule your stay.
*Pools are managed by the HOA. HOA determines the pool hours of operation. We are not responsible for the temporary closure of the pools due to repairs.
