Courthouse Square is a charming home located in the heart of Hot Springs! Just a half a mile from downtown, and only 1.5 miles to Oaklawn Racing and Casino, this two bedroom beauty is a true gem!
This 1,400 square foot duplex was built in 1928, and has been beautifully restored to highlight the large rooms filled with natural light! With all the amenities of home, you are sure to enjoy everything that Hot Springs has to offer!

Courthouse Square has a huge Master Bedroom with a King Size Bed and Cute Little Sitting Area for reading and relaxing.
The Second Bedroom has a King Size Bed as well and is decorated beautifully!
The Living Room is big yet still cozy. Electric Fireplaces in the Living Room and Bedrooms keep everything toasty in the winter months. Air Conditioning in the Living Room, Dining Room and Bedrooms, as well as ceiling fans in every room, keeps this gem cool during the summer months.
Large Kitchen and Laundry stocked with everything from home!
Guest access
You have access to the entire 1,400 sf of the downstairs unit as well as the screened in porch. There is private parking on the property as well as street parking. Laundry Services onsite.
For the Cycling Enthusiast, there is Indoor Storage for Bicycles!
