⍋ 20-30 minutes to Red Rocks

Studio space includes TV/couch area with articulating coffee table, a large window and a king-sized bed, full closet, and full bathroom.
Kitchen area is fully stocked for cooking with an electric range/oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
Washer/dryer included in unit.
Private patio area on the front of building, within a pet-friendly yard.
Parking is available in the driveway, with a secure gate.
Easy access for Lyft/Uber, or a few blocks walk to the bus.
Call/text me for any questions or help during your stay.
The yard is shared with another property, and fenced; the yard is not likely secure for an unattended pet.
*ALL outdoor pets must be on leash while on the property
*Do not disrespect neighbors
*Please follow check-in and out instructions

*Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames
*No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at any time within the property. Patio use is okay
