5 Bedroom Beach Estate with panoramic views of the Ocean. We are one of the very few homes that has great views of the ocean. Situated in a quiet, private community with plenty of parking.

Keywords: 5 bedroom beach estate boasts 4860 square feet with most every room having a great view of the ocean. Private beach path is just down from the place. We sit on a full acre site with plenty of parking. Clamming tools, beach chairs, and wireless internet throughout. 5 flat screen TV,s, bonus room with poker table and foosball table. Bunk room has 6 twin boat shaped memory foam beds with a large flat screen tv and plenty of room to spread out. 3 King suites, 1 Queen and a trundle day bed in the downstairs living room that folds into 2 twins.. Dining seats 10. 4 fireplaces. Great place for family gatherings. Just a few minutes from the historic town of Seaside with old time bumper cars and salt water taffy. NOTE: We are one of the very few homes in the area that actually has an amazing view of the ocean!

Great house for a group

Close walk to the beach with a nice ocean view. Two living areas and a fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for a group.

Grateful

Grateful for a large enough house to accommodate all the couples and our family member who has to use a motorized wheelchair. Host was very prompt with responses and very helpful. Kitchen is very well stocked with pans to accommodate big meals. Nice view of a field and the ocean on the horizon. We missed the elk but hope to catch them next time. The brief walk to the beach was fun between storms.

Warrenton beach estate

Huge house with more than enough room for our party of 8. Well appointed with everything we needed for cooking and entertaining our family. The only downside was it is rather deceptively far from the beach. You can see it over a large bern across the street, and it is probably a 1/4 mile walk to the beach.

Great property with a wonderful view. Easy access to the beach. Easily fit 3 families with the bunk room downstairs for kids. We had a few questions/requests and the host was so helpful. Highly recommend.

There are eight of us that are mid 70’s and graduated from high school together. We get together every year. The house was huge and really very well done. Huge and beautiful

This house was larger than I expected. Often listing say "sleeps x" but it is a tight squeeze. Not here. It is quite lux, also. You can see the ocean, but it is a bit of a trek to get there (several minutes). Deer everyday in the front yard. Plenty of parking. It was definitely worth the cost, which I thought quite decent considering the size and quality.

Girls Crafting Trip

We found this property last fall and loved the house and area. We just stayed for the second time and we are getting ready to booked it for our the third time! This house has plenty of room and supplies that you need. Very close to stores. The beach trail is just down the block. We just love it!!!

Our vacation

The house was large enough for our famiy reunion and nicely decorated. Was wonderful to get the whole family around the table for a meal. Was disappointed there isn't really a yard for the kids to play in but we made the best of it. Views were nice. Wish they had listed more of the items available at the house as we wouldn't have had to pack as much. Overall we had a great time.

Privacy was amazing!

The house was huge & for our family just perfect I think the only thing that would keep us from coming back was the wood floors need some type of insulation it was so noisy when downstairs even when walking quietly. We all had our own rooms and the kitchen was so amazing & huge and it was stocked with A LOT! The weather kept us home but it was nice being with family playing games & making memories 😍 such different furniture in the front living room we loved them! This property is not "beachfront". We assumed it was on the beach with its own access, but it was not. When we arrived, we saw a home with partial siding removed and a deck that was in the process of repair and could not be used. We felt like we were in the midst of unfinished maintenance. The home is of high quality, but it need of more regular care. The instructions we received were very negative listing many things that would cause our security deposit to be kept. This would have been easy to say in a more pleasant manner. Had to unload the full dishwasher before we could use it. Home was full of quality. A shame that care was not equal.

Not the best experience

The area is nice and wildlife was fun to look at. However description of the property itself did not match our experience. It took a few minutes to unlock the main door due to a loose lock. This house is older and smell inside is not the freshest. What you see in the pictures is not what you actually get. It looks like it has not been remodeled nor repaired for years. The sliders are very hard to open. The deck is dirty. The fridge wouldn't make ice, it's door is loose. Be prepared to catch kitchen cabinet's door when you open it as it falls off. There is leak from the ceiling in the ping-pong area. The main window was dirty (mold?), not what you expect to see while looking at the ocean. It is a further walk to the beach than the pictures seem to show. P.S. This review is based on the actual experience and not driven by the extra charge.
