Situated on the 1st-floor corner unit in Building B, this condo offers stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and easy access to a large private balcony from both the living room and Primary bedroom. Relax and unwind as you listen to the soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore.

The Primary suite boasts a comfortable King bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bath with a large walk-in shower, providing a tranquil oasis for relaxation. The second bedroom features a cozy Queen bed, while the third bedroom offers two Twin beds. Both guest rooms also have balcony access, flat-screen TVs, and share a conveniently located bathroom.

Great Stay

Great location on bottom floor with beach access. Huge patio area, grass area was great for kids to play and unwind after a day at the beach.

Check-In process was super easy. The closeness and ease of access to the pool and beach was incredible — especially with impatient kids. I loved this place! The only small things I noticed were: the water pressure in both bathrooms — one was super strong and straight, the other was slow and drippy, and make sure to bring extra trash bags and toilet paper.

Perfect beach location

Overall, only excellent things to say about this condo. The views are amazing & it is so close to the beautiful white sandy beaches. We would highly recommend this condo. size of the condo...our family loved it. We would highly recommend this condo.

One of a kind property!

We were super impressed with the property! Very spacious, located on the bottom floor. so no need for elevators! Quick access to pool and beach. Very well stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen. We will definitely be booking this room again for our future beach trips!

We have come to Summer House for over 30 years with minimal issues and love it. We bring the minimum amount of clothing due to flying and knowing we can wash and dry clothes. We arrived on on Saturday and Monday morning we were going to wash clothes, towels, etc. The washer started filling up with water and then gave an error message and would not continue. I called Liquid Life, the property manager, to let them know and they said someone would come to fix it. They did not come that day but sent someone the next. The person said they could not fix it and said someone else would come out. No one did. I called again on Weds. and a lady said someone would be out the next day which is now Thursday. At this point we have soaking wet, dirty clothes trying to dry out in the tub, no clean towels, and no more clean clothes. By Thursday evening the washer was not fixed and we had no communication from them. I finally messaged the "host" on Friday morning hoping we could at least have one day to wash clothing and dirty beach towels and he said that he had a ticket saying the washer was fixed. I asked him when someone came to fix it and got no answer and he told me to go try it. It did not work. He insisted it had been fixed. On Friday evening he said he will report it to maintenance. Saturday morning we went to the airport in dirty clothing and suitcases full of dirty, sandy clothes and towels. Unacceptable. We will not stay there again.
