The stay was very comfortable, especially for my friends and family. Not only that, but the backyard is so beautiful and was a perfect hangout spot. With the hot tub included, it’s definitely nice! I appreciate how kitchen utensils, pans, etc is included and were able to cook. The rooms are very spacious and feels clean as well! The property owner is very kind and is able to answer any questions you have! Thank you for including things to do and restaurants to try nearby, especially for our first time at Tahoe was very helpful. I’m definitely considering coming back in the near future
Thank you for this review, Aaron! Yes, it can get hot during the summer, and AC is not common in Tahoe. We recommend closing the home up during the day, and opening windows once in cools down. This will help keep the temperature down. It was a pleasure hosting your party! We look forward to your next Tahoe vacation!!

I am very disappointed at the condition of the cabin. There is mouse/rat poop in the kitchen and walkway up to the house. The garage floor was very dirty; a thick layer of dirt. My son swept it so we didn't track everything inside while unloading the car. He also had to vacuum the steps into the garage. There was a problem with the upstairs shower door. It didn’t roll, it's stuck in place. It’s really heavy, dangerously heavy and we had children here. It looks like the wheels or track is off. My daughter was "locked in" after her shower. We had to pry it open. We did report it to VBRO and a handyman was sent out the next day and lifted it back into the track. We had to vacuum the 1st floor and stairs. The carpet is extremely dirty and should probably be replaced. It was uncomfortable staying in the cabin with such dirty carpet. We also had to sweep and hose off the backyard furniture and deck. The refrigerator in the garage was unusable although it was in the advertised photos. It was unplugged and moldy, black inside and we tried to clean it w/ bleach. We put paper towels down inside the freezer to put a bag of ice in. The indoor house refrigerator is missing the top to the bottom drawer, and the drawer supports are gone. That made it very hard to use. A few more things you might want to address before the next group. The kitchen sink faucet is broken. The set screw needs to be tightened with a SAE hex wrench. The downstairs bedroom slider latch needs

This is far from the standard we aim to uphold, and we deeply regret the inconvenience and discomfort it caused your family. We appreciate your feedback—it’s invaluable in helping us address these concerns promptly and thoroughly. We’re already working with our team to ensure these matters are resolved before future guests arrive. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.
