About this property
Tropical house and pool - 1/2 mile away from beach
Find your zen at this beautiful 2 bedroom beach house! Enjoy the lush tropical gardens, swim in the heated pool under the protection of the pool cage, and make your very own pizzas in a deluxe pizza oven. Mix a drink in the lanai bar, or take a nap in any of the cozy beds or pull-out sofas. The kitchen is lovely and well-appointed, but best of all - you are close to several Gulf Coast beaches.
Guests have the whole property to themselves, including the fenced-in yard, the tropical gardens, the covered pool, and house.
We have a locked owners’ storage area room off of the laundry area (laundry access is included) to store supplies and personal items.
I will be available by phone, text and email, and I have a local manager who is available should any problems arise at any time.
Lovely residential neighborhood and street that is really close to the amenities (stores, restaurants and resources of Tamiami Trail and Venice)
There is ample parking in our driveway and turn-around circular drive. Street parking is not available. It's easy to drive our neighborhood, and many people ride bikes as well. Uber and Lyft are both available and have great availability, and there are several nearby car rental places.
