Perfect in every way!

The location was excellent, the property was clean, spacious and well provisioned. Loved all of it! The walk into downtown took less than 10 minutes and the access to the park and greenway was super close for biking and walking. The view of the

I came to this rental to do some academic work. The place was perfect! Lots of light, very quiet and comfortable. Location is great; near food, coffee and many attractions.Check-in was seamless, and Mark was so helpful. His communication was top notch - every inquiry was answered within an hour. Loved the community workspace downstairs. Gym would be great for working out too.Nothing but rave reviews here. I would definitely stay again!

Boise State Orientation

Lovely studio apartment in the perfect location! My daughter and I came for BSU orientation and my wife and I will certainly be staying there again when we come to visit. A 10 minute walk to the university and even closer to everything downtown Boise has to offer. Hosts were great and easy to work with. Would highly recommended for a couple of single person who wants to be in the middle of everything that Boise has to offer!
