Welcome to the Dapper Fox! The home boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Brand new construction and tucked away off the main street. Located in the "Avenues", the Dapper Fox is conveniently located near Enloe Hospital, Chico State and Downtown.
We are a dog-friendly property (pets are people too). An additional $75 cleaning fee per stay will be collected after booking. Please let us know a little about your fur babies. Potty trained and well behaved please. 2 dog limit, please. No fenced yard.

The home is located off the main street through a shared driveway. You will have your own parking spaces next to the home.
Other things to note
Photo shoots are not allowed at this property unless pre-authorized and booked at our special event rate. Commercial distribution of any photos is unauthorized.
