Whether you’re here for business or leisure, you’ll enjoy the warmth and comfort of this thoughtfully designed home, complete with modern amenities, a private backyard, and an unbeatable location.

This cozy Chico home is thoughtfully designed to make you feel right at home. Inside, you'll find three inviting bedrooms, each with a plush queen bed and soft linens—one room features charming wood-paneled walls for a rustic, cabin-like feel. The full bathroom includes fresh towels, toiletries, and a tiled walk-in shower for a refreshing start or end to your day. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials. Gather around the large dining table or relax in the living room with a spacious sectional sofa, Smart TV, and a cozy fireplace. Step outside to enjoy the backyard space, perfect for morning coffee or a quiet evening. You'll also have access to a washer and dryer during your stay, plus keyless entry and free parking for ultimate convenience.

You’ll have full, private access to the entire home during your stay. Enjoy the front yard, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ grill, Smart TVs, and free high-speed Wi-Fi. There’s convenient driveway parking for one vehicle, plus plenty of street parking available. Please note, the backyard is a shared space with the neighboring property. For your convenience, self check-in is easy and secure with a Smart lock installed on the front door.

If you’ll need a pack-and-play crib during your stay, please let us know at least 48 hours before arrival so we can have it ready for you.

If you’re staying multiple days, please note that between 12 PM and 4 PM, there may be a brief visit from our house cleaner or myself to pick up extra sheets and towels for the guest house on the property. We always aim to be quick and respectful of your space. If this is an inconvenience, just let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate your preferences.

The host, Adam, was very responsive to all my questions and concerns. I wouldnt say the kitchen was well stocked unless you only use salt and pepper and olive oil to cook. The house is beautiful and in a great neighborhood!

Pros- house was in a good location within walking distance to campus, host was responsive, kitchen was clean and well appointed. Cons- bathroom floor grout was covered in mold/mildew, house sleeps eight but only three bath towels provided. One bedroom had the fan remote missing and got very hot, one bed was very uncomfortable. Washing machine didn’t work.

Great home close to everything! Off of a busy street but the parking was no problem and I couldn't even hear the traffic. Location was perfect and I'll defintely rent it again!

Nice three bedroom home. We were there for the weekend for a college event. Adam was very helpful and easy to communicate with during the entire process. The only upgrade would be a suggestion to add mirrors in the bedrooms, don't have to wait for the bathroomng ready.

Totally enjoyed our stay, great house, great location! Here for our daughters graduation. Family stayed with us in both the main house and the back studio. Perfect set up. Well equipped. Easy walk to graduation ceremony, downtown restaurants and shops. Thank you Adam for allowing us to enjoy your great house. We probably won’t be back since our daughter graduated but definitely recommend this place. Wish we would have found it sooner!

Very accommodating and convenient

We visited our son's family in Chico. The house is surprisingly large and the sparsely furnished living room worked perfectly for us as a space for kiddos' puzzles, wooden train tracks and sock skating. We enjoyed having a real dining room as 6 of us had several meals together. The location was handy, a pleasant walk to downtown.
