New French Country Cottage - Horses Welcome!
This lovely cottage was custom built in 2020 with a French Country décor. It sits just seconds off the I-80 and is nestled in a small valley providing quiet privacy. Come enjoy the serenity of 20-acres of rolling hills where six horses run and play just 50 feet behind your private patio.
We welcome those looking to enjoy a quiet setting (no parties or loud music, please).

Guests have access to the entire cottage; a completely separate and private residence from the main house. The cottage boasts 1100 square feet of tranquility with two living areas and two separate sleeping areas, each with a private entrance. French doors provide the opportunity to have breakfast while watching the wildlife roam. With over a dozen oil paintings from all over the world, this little country cottage is an art lovers dream. Very private, quiet, and well appointed.

Josh is a former Marine. Jenna is a former Air Force Intelligence Officer. We met in Baghdad in 2007. We left government service in 2012 and decided to move back to California, where we’d both grown up, and lead a more simple, quiet life. Josh now builds custom homes professionally and Jenna spends her time hiking and conditioning her horses for Endurance Races.
