Cute little cabin. It was very clean and had everything I needed. If you're going to spend time relaxing there, be warned there is no tv. Unplug and read one of the many books there, enjoy the backyard or the beach. I would highly recommend.
We really enjoyed our stay at One Crow Cottage. We loved the screened porch and our dog did too! We really appreciated that it is dog-friendly. The cottage was very clean and well- stocked in every area (kitchen, bathroom, laundry, etc), including extras for the pets! The cottage is located in a beautiful area and an easy drive to everything; also a nice area for our walks with our dog! Owner was very nice, communicative, and easy to reach.
Perfect little cabin in the woods! Nicely appointed with all the things a traveler needs when up north Michigan.

Cozy retreat
A great cabin with a cozy vibe. Owners attention to detail was fantastic and included supplies for doggie guests too. We were very comfortable and enjoyed being near all Cross Village, Harbor Springs, Petoskey, and even Mackinaw!
The has to be by far the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed at. Charming, refurbished old cabin with everything we could need, even down to dog toys. It felt like we were home. Will definitely stay again.
This was the most charming cabin in the woods. This cabin doesn't just allow dogs, they treasure animals. Everything you could want for your pet was already there and available for use. There is also a seasonal sand road next to the cabin that is perfect for walking dogs. For humans, the screened in porch was the surprise delight. What a joy it was to sit on the porch in the morning, drinking coffee and listening to the birds and the wind in the trees. We would stay there again without hesitation.
This property is perfect for enjoying the nature of upper Michigan. Located right on the Tunnel of Trees, a historic highway with a ton of history, you have the option to explore south to Harbor Springs or go north towards the Mackinaw bridge and the upper peninsula. It’s a peaceful place with beach access, and great for bird watching. The kitchen is incredible and well appointed. Great communication with the owners. Great place!
This was an annual anniversary vacation which because of an injury we would be staying inside more than out and that includes watching movies and get a lot of reading. My fault i never thought that because no TV was mentioned that it wouldnt have one but no tv. A laptop is available but its such a small screen so we used a desktop monitor hooked up to laptop so it worked out. The cottage is well appointed and is dog friendly, the kitchen is beautiful. The cottage does have a musty smell so the scented candles help. The bed was a log framed bed which was beautiful but difficult to get out of. The hosts were so wonderful, truly caring hosts. This is a wonderful cottage perfect for a quiet getaway.

Decent Home, Musty, HIGH FEES
This "old cabin-like" home is conveniently located on the Tunnel of Trees. Arrival and entering the home proved easy. The cabin has all the necessary items for a stay including books and good Internet. Pet friendly, the cabin has a good yard for small dogs. Some might consider the cabin quaint. There are scented candles provided. You will need the candles.
Having owned many old homes, it's easy to see the home simply has a lot of deferred maintenance. Its best years are well behind it. The smell is overwhelming and musty; the odor never left during our stay but did diminish with candles and open windows. We tried to use the split unit for air upon arrival but it never worked. With moderate effort, we were able to open windows. With windows open, lots of noises enter the home, but at night the noises abate.
With all the deferred maintenance, you can easily tell this cabin is for one thing and one thing only, generating revenue. The additional fees on a 3-night stay calculated to a whopping 36%, several hundred dollars. This fee includes a night mandatory damage fee. The fee structure does NOT include taxes.
VRBO seems to be the middle man for money only. There are no instructions from VRBO on how to enter the home. The application simply says the owner will contact you. The owner did provide directions, but they should be available through the application on your phone.
Don't recommend.
A cozy cottage nestled in the heart of the beautiful north woods. Spectacular from arrival to departure. The gracious hosts have literally thought of every single thing to make this an ideal getaway. Looking forward to a return visit!
This cottage is a superb rental on Lake Michigan. Remote and quiet yet close enough to explore the area. Everything about this rental was perfect. Beautifully furnished, impeccable tasteful decor, super clean and well stocked with nearly every provision which is a fabulous bonus. Every little detail was thought of by these owners and their outreach and care was incredible. We are so grateful that they shared this impeccable home with us! Thank you for everything. Miss Stella Blue gives a four paws up approval for all the dog toys, especially the balls❣️
Loved this comfortable, cozy property. Very well appointed and screened in porch was a huge bonus. Follow the owner’s recommendations and suggestions to make your trip super easy and enjoyable.
My husband, our pup and I enjoyed the stay at the cottage. The listing is 100% accurate. This cottage is in the quiet woods along the shores of Lake Michigan. We made several sort day trips to local attractions of which the cottage is centrally located. The owners have thought of everything, from your first meal if needed to ID tags for your dog. The owners are super responsive to questions and made the process easy. We will be back!

Pleasant stay in the quiet woods
Very nicely appointed and comfortable stay along Lake Michigan with beach access and quiet, in the trees. Great place to relax. About 15 miles from town.
Really a very nice one bedroom spot, in the woods with beach access to Lake Michigan. Nicely appointed. Away from the crowds (15 miles from nearest gas station) so a great place to plant it on the beach, hike in the woods and relax.
The owners have thought of everything and you won’t be disappointed by this special place! A bit of a drive into nearby towns, but worth the distance to stay here.
This is our third stay at OCC and we'll be back. Rustic exterior reveals a wonderful, amenity filled getaway space with all the luxuries of home. And NO TV!!!
We love Emett County MI and the area around the cottage is at the early stages of fall colors the week we stayed so the color is coming.
Although there are many wonderful restaurants in the area we love the kitchen and the deck for grilling.
The cottage was wonderful and so full of history. Being so deep in the woods and so close to where I camped growing up (Lakeshore Campground) was just what the doctor ordered.
We had an amazing time in this quaint little cottage. The owners really have thought of everything and were wonderful to work with. The beach is about a 10 minute walk, but it's a beautiful stroll and great beach.
The screened in porch is lovely and the bed was really comfortable. There is a private beach close by and the kitchen is stocked well for all your needs.
