Great location within walking distance to Scarborough beach and a short drive 3 miles to Narragansett, Roger Wheeler/Sand Hill Cove and Block Island Ferry! Centrally located to all area amenities and fun! Nice yard, plenty of parking and bonus sunroom and deck for hanging out after a nice day at the beach.
