Three Schooners Landing is a group of three newly built townhouses located in Sodus Point, NY. Each unit has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and many amenities to offer. Our townhouses are perfect for a family vacation, weekend getaway, reunion, wedding accommodations, or company gathering. You can reserve one, two, or all three units to accommodate your group.

We provide bed linens, towels, and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking supplies, silverware for 12 people, a toaster, a coffee pot, and a gas grill on the back deck. Our townhouses are open year-round, so you can enjoy them anytime.

The condos were absolutely gorgeous, and communication with the owners was quick and helpful. The only issue was that the dishwasher smelled like rotten fish, and the floors turned our socks/feet black after being there for less than an hour. We would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone.

Perfect place for our weekend stay! Walking distance to shops, food, and the beach! We walked to the lighhouse every morning!The rental was clean and the beds were comfy! The kitchen was well-appointed. Thad was very quick to respond to respond. We notified him that only half the toaster worked and a new one arrived the next day!Would definitely stay here again!
The fog had rolled in on the Sodus Point Lighthouse the first morning we walked down to see it.

Originally from Seneca Falls, NY, we moved to the Sodus area and have fallen in love with the beach walks, golfing at Sodus Bay Heights, and unwinding with a drink at the point.
