The space
-The home: This is a fully updated 2 bed/2 bath condo with private balcony. The home has 20+ foot ceilings, tons of windows, and an open living room/dining room space. Designer furnishings (crate and barrel, west elm, CB2, etc), chic decor, and TONs of natural light make the space warm and welcoming.

-The community: features not one but two pools, one of which is just steps outside of the condo. This is a calm and quiet complex full of down to earth and nice people.

-Parking/Access: there is no community gate entrance or guard to get through, and you will have a dedicated covered parking space to use during your stay.

-Workspace-there is a dedicated desk/workspace equipped with a monitor for you to use during your stay as well

Before your arrival you will receive a code to access the unit. you will have total access of the entire unit and its private balcony.
Other things to note
-Quiet Hours: these hours are from 9:00pm-6:00am everyday, please be respectful of gthe other members of the community.

-Pets-NO PETS ALLOWED, with the exception of service animals (not emotional support)
