The Dunes 604 is an amazing condo for a relaxing beach vacation.

This was my family’s second year in a row to stay at The Dunes 604 and book with Sea South Properties. We enjoyed the beautiful ocean view and the condo was equipped with everything we needed for our weekly stay. We highly recommend using Sea South Properties to book your next vacation rental.

Perfect spot for a peaceful getaway!

Our family has stayed at this property several times now, and just like every other visit, it did not disappoint. The furnishings are very comfortable, and having a full-sized washer and dryer is a huge bonus.The views from the balcony are absolutely breathtaking - we spent many peaceful mornings and relaxing evenings out there. The beach is just a short walk away (or quicker car ride) and never felt crowded, even during the busier season. Communications with the host was smooth and prompt, and even things like purchasing the parking pass were a breeze - the security office near the pool made that simple. If you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway with beautiful views and the comforts of home, this is the perfect spot!

Fort Morgan dunes condo

Condo was close to beach and clean. Interior needs some care, definitely showing wear and age. The property management company that handles this property was good about sending basic info regarding gate codes and checkout policy, but not responsive if you asked specific questions.
