Spacious Downtown Retreat 5 mins to UT and Market Square

Escape to a hidden oasis near the heart of downtown Knoxville. This charming rental is a tranquil retreat boasting five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and TWO kitchens, and TWO sets of washers/dryers, along with a cozy private backyard. Perfect for relaxation and exploration by a large group!

All rooms have a Smart TV and room darkening curtains.

Both kitchens are fully stocked with all necessary utensils and cooking equipment including:
-Ninja coffee maker with Keurig pod adapter
-Airfryer
-InstantPot
-Blender
-Mixing bowls, measuring cups
-Assortment of baking dishes
-Assortment of cooking utensils
-Dishwasher
-Refrigerators/freezers

There is a washer and dryer located in both the upstairs and downstairs units. The upstairs stack washer/dryer is a ventless/heat pump - while this is better for your clothes and the environment, it does increase the drying time.

Enjoy the tranquility of the large, fenced backyard from the porch with plenty of seating and a gas grill.

There is also has a new 12x12 patio in the front yard with plenty of seating and a second grill (not yet pictured).

Downstairs, there are two mini-split A/C & heating units, each in one of the bedrooms. The whole house A/C is operated by the upstairs unit, but most vents downstairs are shut, so the mini-splits control the temperature well downstairs.

**The downstairs fireplace is NOT OPERATIONAL.**

There is off-street parking for four vehicles.

The main entrance to the upstairs house is through the backyard and back door. There are only seven steps up to the porch. You will also have lower level access through the basement door with the same code as the back door. The "front" door does not have a keyless entry.

Outlet plugs and cabinet locks available, but not installed throughout the house. It is child and infant friendly, but there is no crib or other infant amenities.

Wow!! This house was perfect for our family! We were in town celebrating a 60th birthday and catching the Vols home opener! The location was fantastic! Close enough that it took no time to get into town but far enough to be away from game day mayhem. The house was exceptionally clean and very well stocked. The furnishings are stylish and comfortable. Check in was a breeze. I can’t say enough about this house but the next time we are all in Knoxville we will stay here again! Great backyard for kids and dogs alike!
