A cozy villa, located in the popular resort community Lake Berkley, has 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with other amenities for 14 guests. You will enjoy the convenience of space to share with your family and guests as well as the privacy of your own. The home is in the close proximity of tourist destinations, such as Disney World or Universal Studios.

A lake with beautiful scenery, fantastic facilities in the clubhouse, and a rental home you will not want to leave. In addition to all of the amenities and accommodations, the community is gated and have 24 hours security running to keep residents and guests secure in their new homes. Take a step in, relax, and enjoy where you are in Orlando.

If guests want to be more active at Lake Berkley, they can join the clubhouse with a gym, games room, tennis/basketball/volleyball courts, spa, and a pool. The children can also enjoy themselves under the sun of Orlando at the playground and splash pad. First Impressions

The gate opened and everything seemed green and beautiful, The next door neighbors car was parked directly across from our driveway and it made it hard to get our four cars in and out. We opened the door to find two dead roaches in the entry and a dirty mop in the pantry. There were no chairs at the island in the kitchen as seen on your web page and only one TV worked. Our calls went mostly unanswered and when answered, nothing was done. We had to buy a table and six chairs so we could sit together for Thanksgiving dinner ant around the one working TV.

Not as advertised

Arrived to the property and the front door knob came off the door. House size was as listed with the correct room count. The pool light was out and hanging in the pool. Took the property manager over 4 hours to fix. Had to call several times. The garbage disposal did not work and the downstairs half bath sink could not be used because it was leaking. Finally, one of the upstairs bathroom water valves broke after a unsecured shower curtain feel down hitting it and caused a full fledged water leak that caused dripping water to the first floor thru the AC vents. The property manager was immediately notified of all the issues and did send a repairman out but after several hours and several phone calls.

The house served its purpose

When we arrived, the house keeper was there, so we went in the house, the lock codes on the house did nit work. It took 2 days to get and numerous calls to resolve this. The internet went down and it took nearly a day to fix. Pool skirting was nasty.

WARNING WARNING DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE OR ANY HOUSE FROM SWEET HOME VACATION RENTAL COMPANY!!!!!

House was advertised as pet friendly, community would not let dog in gate! WE had to sit outside the gate with the dog until we could find a kennel available at 9:00 at night! 5 days later, still no response from rental company! We were offered to be put into a different house AFTER we found an open kennel, but who wants to pack up family and move at 11:00 at night! The "family friendly" pet friendly house had only 2 drinking glasses and 2 juice glasses, broken glass was on pool deck, in pool, and in hot tub, under a layer of dirty sand on bottom of hot tub. The toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator water dispenser was broke. The "game room" consisted of a broken down ping pong table in a disgusting smelling garage! AND... PORN MOVIE in upstairs bedroom. Overall experience was disgusting and 5 days later, still no response from rental agency! (after numerous messages, emails sent by myself and the property manager). DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE! Listing is a complete LIE!!!! and absolutely NO RESPONSE FROM COMPANY! When I asked to speak to supervisor, they consistently hung up on me! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT COMPANY! STAY AWAY!!!!!! I would not even give this property or company 1 star but had no 0 star option!

Excellent trip

We spent our summer vacation in Sweet Home Vacation’s Lake Berkley unit and we had a great trip. Everything that you know was communicated to us in a professional manner. The location of the home was good, close to the parks, 15-20 minutes to pretty much any park. We had a great time here and would love to come back in the future.

Perfect

We chose this home because of its location and proximity to all the attractions. It was an easy drive to the parks. The home was just as advertised in the pictures. There was plenty of space for our family. The pool was really nice and everything that we had needed was provided. The home was clean and spacious and we had really nice neighbors during our stay. We would definitely stay here again, if we come back in the future.

Awful and not as advertised

The pool deck was black we had to clean it ourselves, we could not see the bottom of the pool as the water was so murky, had to buy a scrubbing brush and deck cleaner to make it clean for the kids. Had to call for a pool guy to come and clean the pool. The BBQ was dirty despite there being clear rules on our booking sheet that it must be cleaned. Clearly the previous people in the house did not clean it and neither did the cleaning staff. The games room is terrible it's in the garage and the table tennis is 2 slabs of wood on top of an old ripped pool table, the pool table has no equipment as you have to pay 50dollars and collect the equipment. The rooms do not have the luxurious bed covers as in the photos they are cheap white ones. Picture 9 and 10 are the same bedroom but with 2 different covers. There is no vacuum cleaner and we are expected to sweep the house with a small brush. There is no access to the gym despite the ad stating that you can use all amenities in the area. The tap in the kitchen is working but one of the fitting on it is broken. The floors are all wooden - there is a rug in the living room that is all curled up at one side and we keep tripping on it. There is an old discharged BBQ lying up the side of the house - this poor house is unloved -This is not a nice house. It is really expensive and we have stayed in homes that are much nicer and have cost less -. do not waste your money. We will not be back

Family Vacation

This is the perfect home for us, our huge group had no problem fitting in this home and there was more than enough room and all the amenities of the home, the home had everything that we needed and more. The kids loved the pool, Sweet Home Vacation was awesome with answering all of my crazy questions professionally and always answered them quickly.

Highly recommended

Before we booked this home, we took a long time to compare different available options and we booked this home based the pictures. The home was exactly as pictured and we found this villa easily. The security are friendly and the neighborhood is very secure. Throughout our stay, we visited all of theme parks and they were all very close. All in all, we had a great stay and we highly recommend this villa!
