Just 4 properties from the beach 44th st is a life guard protected beach. this home is Close access to Atlantic City and the marina. This home has 2 King Beds and easily can host multi families

This property is Located on beach block, this 3-story, 3800 square foot private house has three levels with elevator and is perfect for family vacations or business travel at the New Jersey shore or Atlantic City. Just 4 properties from the beach. House is located on a dead end street, plenty of parking & lifeguard protected beaches. one car garage. The house features 3-zone air conditioning and heat. home has WI FI internet access. New Carpets in all Bedrooms, new Hardwood floors.

The First Floor:
Entrance from front door off of the Paver patio opens into a large family/game room, with two large bedrooms (king-size bed and two full size beds with ceiling fans) , full bathroom. large TV, Blu Ray DVD player, shuffle board table for your entertainment, laundry room with washer & Dryer with an entrance into the garage.

The Second Floor:
Features a large island kitchen with six bar stools, Granite counter tops and new LG stainless steel refrigerator, dish washer, and stove with range top. Large dining area with high top table and chairs seating for 8. living room with a tray ceiling and ceiling fan, gas fireplace, large TV, Blu Ray DVD/CD Player with Stereo, and a large outdoor front deck with grill. There are also two bedrooms (one queen-size bed and two full size with ceiling fans) , and one full bathroom with tub.

The Third Floor:
Master bedroom suite with many large windows, king size bed, vaulted ceiling with ceiling fan, large 50' TV and master bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and 6 head shower spa off the master suite is a sitting area with a pull out queen sleeper sofa, office desk and leather bound chair with a front and rear decks with ocean views. The third floor also features an additional separate bedroom from the master with a with a full size bed.

8 beach tags included (summer weekly rental)

Linen service & cleaning are provided all bed sheets & 13 bath & hand towels.

Beautiful house located on the beach block in Brigantine. We have been staying in Brigantine for years, and this was easily one of the nicest places we stayed. Plenty of room for our whole family. Great communication from the owner. Would stay again!

A great beach house

Our 3 adult children, their spouses and 3 grandchildren had a good time there. The setup was terrific as was the decor. Well supplied rental and helpful owners when a problem arose. Good location too. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

This is a great house for a stay at the beach. Close to the ocean and every amenity you can imagine. My wife and I, along with our two children and their kids had plenty of room. We all loved it.

Great house in great location

We had a lot of fun going to the beach and having family meals together with our kids and grandkids. We road bikes everyday. We shared our vacation by visiting with my sister and her family on 29th street. Steve’s house had everything we needed for the week.

Wonderful Home - Perfect Location

None of us had ever been to Brigantine, NJ before. We were looking for a house that could accommodate our large group and this place was perfect. We had more than enough room! They layout was perfect and the kitchen was well stocked with anything needed for cooking meals for a large group as well as linens for the beds and towels for the bathrooms. We hope to return to Brigantine soon, a very lovely place!"

60th Birthday Celebrations

Spectacular home Clean Inviting Space for everyone. The home accommodated 5 generations of us adults & teens & elementary school children. The oldest being 76. Close to the beach & AC activities.Beautiful views from the balconies. Although the weather was a bit chilly & rainy the children flew kites on the beach. I would definitely recommend this beach home for an amazing getaway to the shore.

Oh what a few nights … late December back in 23

A number of things to like about this property … prime location (close to Atlantic City, grocery store, liquor store) and the house itself (was able to accommodate 13 from 4 families). Our family got together to enjoy the holidays. Obviously not a prime time for tourists but was perfect for us. House was recently painted and some other work also being done so was in great shape.

A lot room in a beautiful place, near to the beach.

We easely stay 7 adults and 5 children. 7 minutes walk from the beach. (Bring your own beach cart if your loaded, few sand toys). Large kitchen, sitting for everybody. Wifi and bbq. Near Atlantic City. The master bedroom is just gigantic. Beach tags provided. Weather was hot and the waves just perfect. Lot of good time. Thanks from Montreal.

Great beach house

We just returned from a one week stay at Steve's wonderful beach house. There were plaenty of rooms for everyone, the house is tastfully decorated, ample deck space for grilling, relaxing and catching up with family. Beach is a short walk away, and Brigatine Beach is a rare gem for Jersey shore, soft sand and planty of shells to find. Every member of my family agreed that this was the best family reunion, we'll stay here again!!!! Thanks Steve. I have a receipt to send you, for filling a propane tank.

Perfect house for a family reunion

I can't express how much we enjoyed our vacation in Steve's house. It easily accommodated our whole family, which included 9 adults and 5 kids. Plenty of living area so we never felt cramped. The beach is very close. That made is easy to go back and forth to the house during the day. It was a pleasure to work with Steve. He answered all of my (hundreds) of questions quickly. Summer 2023

All 12 of us enjoyed this large, three story, amazing home. It is better than the pictures. We came in from Illinois, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. It was great to not only have towels and linens but paper products too. There is a short, pleasant walk to the beach but no street to cross. There is a shopping center and a grocery store less than a mile away. I am hoping this property is available next year.

The beaches are not crowded, Surfing friendly beaches is It's a very friendly community, Short 5 minute drive to Atlantic City (cab service reliable and quick), Brigantine is quiet yet not far from all the Action Atlantic City has to offer.

What makes this property unique

Golf Course, Atlantic City night life, Drive Your SUV on the Beach, surfing is welcome, Brigantine Restaurants are great! Shark Park located on 26th St. & Brigantine Ave. is a great place for the kids!
BRIGANTINE Island:
There is plenty to do here. just a few things we love to enjoy, the short walk to our non crowed beach or you can drive your SUV onto the drive on beaches. Brigantine Golf Links in a short drive on the island, over 20 restaurants to choose from. Aunt B's Ice cream shop! The Shark Park on 26th St. & Brigantine Ave is always a joy for the kids. a short 2 block walk or bike ride is the new Brigantine Community Education and Recreation center here you will find Tennis courts, basketball courts a baseball & football fields, 2 Street Hockey rinks, Skateboard Park , Bocce court, Soccer and much more!

Atlantic city is only a 5 minute drive over the Brigantine bridge enjoy the Casinos, AC boardwalk featuring Ripley's Believe It or Not! and Family amusement and theme park with rides also Tanger Outlet Centers offer 38 shopping outlet malls and more than 400 brand name factory outlet stores! we hope you enjoy your stay in this Pristine home.
