Spacious 2nd Floor near Ocean Park Beach
Centrally located near the beach, restaurants, nightlife, coffee shops and bars, yet within a quite residential street. This unit is breeze and bright. It has a large outdoor deck, large covered deck with a washer and hanging lines to dry your towels and cloths after the beach.
Seating outside listening to the birds, while having a drink is a relaxing experience.
The unit has an automated water cistern and power generator. You do not need a car when staying in this location. We recommend walking or Uber, as they are plenty of Uber drivers around. The unit is also located about 15 minutes drive from the international airport (SJU), 5 minutes from Condado, 15 minutes from Old San Juan, 10 minutes from Isla Verde, Mall of San Juan and Plaza Las Americas if you feel like shopping. The unit is also about 10 minutes drive to El Centro De Conveciones (Convention Center) and Distrito T-Mobile (restaurants, movie theater and entertainment).

David’s party were great guests. They followed all rules and left the place in great condition. I do agree with David that during Christmas and New Years holidays the complete island is in party mode. Otherwise, our neighborhood is really quiet. I highly recommend David as a guest.
