Public beach access via Starfish Lane is available minutes away, with an easy crosswalk for safe walking to the sand. The deck of the home provides plenty of seating for you to enjoy the sun and salt air, while the hot tub (which seats 6) encourages total relaxation.



Inside, the chef of your family can easily whip up family dinner in the beautiful and fully stocked kitchen. Barstool seating makes for easy conversation during meal prep, or a spot to grab a quick snack before heading out. The dining table seats 4 with additional seats at the bar. Unwind with a movie in the living room, before heading to bed in one of the 4 cozy bedrooms (3 of which have smart TVs).

For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.
