We had a wonderful time during our family reunion here. The homes were very clean when we arrived. There were plenty of pots and pans and dishware for all of our meals. We rented both houses and used the main house for all of our meals because there was plenty of space for our big crew so that we were able to share meals together. All of the beds were very comfortable and the entire place was wonderful. We loved the large living room for gathering together in the evenings. There is also a fenced in area off of the main house which is great for the little ones. The house was in walking distance of the town and we did walk down for a coffee and lunch a couple of times. There is a great little donut shop next door that is open on the weekends. I did reach out to Daniel a couple of times with questions and his response time was immediate.

I have a passion for old architecture. I make my living by restoring historical properties and transforming them into vacation rentals, so guests visiting the area can experience the history first hand.

Why they chose this property

Quiet, safe neighborhood within walking distance to all of the local shops/boutiques and public park. The area has 2 public beaches and many wineries--pamphlet provided with info on all local wineries, wine tours/tastings.

What makes this property unique

Enough capacity to host large family reunions. It's an historical property--one of the first built in the area.
