Incredible view of the ocean

The apartment had everything we needed and more! Communication was superb always answered our questions in a very timely manner which it made our trip a lot easier for us ! Thank you very much we will definitely use them in the future.

The property was beautiful but construction was going on which required you to park down the hill and walk to the property. The property doesn’t have pool access requires a 30 a day payment to utilize the club.

The Beach Club is a private, independent amenity and is not part of the rental or included with the property. The daily access fee and the fact that it is not included in the stay are communicated to guests in advance. As a separate private facility, access is subject to its own terms and fees. Regarding parking and the construction mentioned, Las Catalinas is designed as a fully walkable community, and walking is an intentional part of the town’s design. Parking directly next to or immediately outside every condominium is not guaranteed, and guests should expect to walk from the available parking areas to their accommodations. While Las Catalinas continues to grow and develop, the construction taking place did not directly affect the condominium or the enjoyment of the property during the stay.
