comfortable spot near snowflake lift

We enjoyed our stay here. It was nice to have the garage parking and plenty of space for all of us. One stop on the shuttle takes you to the snowflake lift and you can ski back on the 4 O'Clock trail to right across the street. We were also walking distance into town for restaurants and shops, including a new-ish grocery store.

The location and property were very nice; we had a few issues with the property not being thoroughly cleaned but the company was willing to work with me and make it right. Management was was very responsive and available to assist.

As advertised, easy walk to all that the village has to offer. My watch had the distance to Snowflake lift at around 300 steps. Very convenient rental.

Perfect Location

We loved our stay at the Sundowner II. The Snowflake lift was the perfect way to get on the mountain to Peak 8 quickly! Walking distance to main street as well.

Perfect Spot for a Family Visiting Brek

While the place was a little rough around the edges, it had everything you could want for a stay and the location was great. We loved making the 5 minute walk down to the river center everyday.

Great Location

This is such a great spot! Loved that we were within a 5 minute walk to the snowflake lift as well as downtown. The accommodations were very roomy and had everything we needed. You can hear your neighbors on the floor above at times and curtains in the smaller bedroom would be really nice as the light from the courtyard shines in at night even with the blinds. Even with those things, I’d happily stay here again!

Property was in a perfect location for access to slopes and town. Little outdated inside but had everything we need. Last 2 days the hot tub was ice cold 😢. We would stay here again.

Budget Friendly with Great Location

This location was walking distance of Main Street which we loved. Also plenty of room for a family of five. Bedroom windows opened to a walkway outside so we did not keep open at night in case of noise. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.

Downtown location

This cute condo was perfectly located for us to bike and hike right from the house. And no joke...the hot tub is just across the front patio. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this rental.

Fantastic property!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this condo. The property was clean, fully stocked and the location was just fabulous- 4 min walk down to the Main Street which made grabbing coffee, lunch or dinner super easy. The nights we did stay in to cook we found everything we needed to make a meal! We truly loved our week here and will absolutely be back !! I highly recommend this property!

Easy in, easy out

Location, location, location. We love the Sundowner location, you can't get much closer to Main St and all the activities. Bike rental, river walk, gondola are all steps away. The condo was clean, large family room, underground parking, and comfortable beds. Great stay and we would love to come back!

Ski the West at Breck

We had a terrific stay in Breckinridge. The booking and check-in process were easy and clear. The condo has everything we need for our stay. The condo was very clean and so very convenient to getting to the mountain and town. We walked to town for shopping and dining. It was a short shuttle ride to Base 9 or the Snowflake Lift. We stepped outside and the shuttle pulled up and we were on the mountain in minutes.

Great apartment

We loved our stay. The apartment is even better in person than in pictures. Loved how every little detail was considered, the kitchen had every kitchen gadget you could imagine, sleds available for going sledding with our son and plenty of extra pillows and blankets to choose from. One bus stop away from the snowflake lift (or 10 minute walk) and super close to the main street. You can also practically ski-in. Perfect for a group of four or potentially 6 given the couches are pretty big. Covered parking included was also a super plus given it snowed a lot during our trip!

Great Location & Spacious!

Condo was located just a few walking minutes from Main Street in Breckenridge. Check in was easy and our unit was clean, well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms, too. Very spacious for our family of three! The only "issue" had nothing to do with the unit, just the unit directly above us (don't know if it's also a vacation rental?). It seems a family of pachyderms was occupying this as every morning around 7:00 a.m., we were woken by kids running around, dragging things, a baby crying, loud voices, etc.! Didn't need an alarm clock! Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would still book this again on a future trip back to Breck.

ROOMY PLACE!

The Sundowner II was great. You can ski in on the 4 O'Clock run and cross the street. Short shuttle ride to multiple lifts. The shuttle stop is a very short walk, right across the street. I think the shuttle runs every 15 minutes. The two bedroom, two bathroom set up was perfect for two guys. The place is pretty darn big. Plenty of space for two couples or a family. The parking garage was a nice feature. The elevator was appreciated as well after a long day on the slopes. You can walk into town if you don't mind a bit of uphill travel on the way back. It can be quite cold after dinner so sometimes we walked, sometimes we drove. I would definitely stay here again. The unit is closer to 4 O'clock than most of the other units in the complex which means less walking. This was an excellent homebase for us.
