There is nothing like waking up to the view of a serene pond / mini lake that is exclusive to you and your family & friends. Or sharing fond memories while roasting marshmallows late at night in front of the waterfront fire pit.
The house is truly designed for an unforgettable gathering with your comfort (AC in every room) in mind.
The house was completely renovated in 2021 with a sophisticated & modern flair. Enjoy the wrap-around deck and hot tub, leaving you feeling rejuvenated & at ease.
Guest access (available with extra cost paid to the community HOA)
Community lake access is just 2 houses down the road.. Tennis courts and outdoor community pool in short driving distance. 2 beaches with a playground. Emerald Lakes does not allow gas motorboats.
If you love nature and beautiful scenic views this community is where you want to be. Not only do we have the six lakes, but we also have plenty of wildlife and interesting plants and wildflowers. Enjoy the spring blossoms and flowers, the early summer mountain laurel blooming or the mid summer rhododendron. Our community is filled with wildlife such as deer, bear, fox, beaver and raccoons. These critters will give you plenty of great photo opportunities if you are patient.
With all the amenities listed, there are plenty of activities and attractions near by.
