This brand new incredible vacation condominium suite at the Water's Edge Resort in Garden City on the shore of Bear Lake is fully furnished and stocked with all the essentials for your convenience. We provide all linens, towels, coffee makers, smart TVs, stocked kitchen and kitchenettes. As a third-story suite, you get beautiful views of the Bear Lake valley and, in some cases, a spectacular view of the mountains! The property is within walking distance of a public beach and all your favorite restaurants and shops right in the center of town.

Suite 302 is a great getaway, perfectly suited for anyone and everyone to enjoy all that Bear Lake Valley offers. For your ease in planning, here is the layout of each of the bedrooms:
Master Bedroom: King (sleeps 2)
Bedroom #2: Queen + Full pull-out couch (sleeps 4)
Bedroom #3: Queen over Queen bunk bed + Twin over Twin bunk bed with a twin trundle (sleeps 7)
Living Room - Queen pull out couch (sleeps 2)

*There is currently construction between Water's Edge & the lake. There is no construction happening at Water's Edge

Nice place to stay. Walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. Grandson loved the proximity to the beach. Views were spectacular from the unit.Definitely would stay here again.

Our stay at Bear Lake was absolutely wonderful. The property was stunning, with a prime location and beautiful water views that made every moment feel special. There was more than enough room for both families, and the kids absolutely adored the bunk room. Being within walking distance of the Raspberry Festival and the charming local eateries was an added bonus. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless—both the stay itself and the logistics leading up to it. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better getaway.
