Amazing location blocks from Lake Loveland and Veterans Park! Centrally located near HWY 34 & 287 you'll find yourself walking distance to downtown and a short drive to Fort Collins and Estes Park. This pet friendly space features a private fenced in yard, BBQ grille, and cruiser bike. When you're done exploring the outdoors, relax with a fire on the patio next to a chiminea.

Ample off-street parking and large driveway for two cars.

*We have two cameras. One above the front door and another over looking the back yard.
Community Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m - 8:00 a.m - No Parties or Events - No smoking - Dogs are allowed but must be approved and included on your guest list as there is a pet fee associated. Please no cats. Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged $50 for the first hour, and checkouts past 11:00 a.m will incur a fee equal to the rate of the following nights rate. Please no parties or events. A $50 charge per night will be added per person beyond 6 guests. By booking, you acknowledge a minimum fee of $250 for any violation of our house rules or immediate removal from the premises.

Perfect location and fun getaway

We enjoyed the house, appreciated all the amenities including coffee filters, spices, olive oil - nice extras.

Comfy and inviting

Stayed the night after picking family up at the airport, before heading home to Wyoming. Love the decor and original features! Will definitely stay there again if we’re back in the area.
