The “Apt” with a kitchen and a hot tub was a studio with a stand that held a microwave and a coffee pot for the kitchen and the hot tub is just a regular plain old bath tub. No jets no jacuzzi just a bath tub. There was a shared kitchenette that was so filthy I would not have made food for my dog in it. No oven no stove just a sink and some dirty counters and dishes and pots and pans. The mirrors were dirty and smudged and smoky. Beware of the amenities and how they are listed. Definitely not accurate.

Disliked: Amenities, communication
From the beginning there property manager was disorganized and confused. Didn't have the right number of nights. Deleted the stay from VRBO system. Would not respond to email or phone messages. When finally arrived to check in the access codes opened the room but there was already another guest in the room. NO response from the host. Luckily another room had been left open by mistake. If my employee would have checked in first a strange man would have opened the door as both parties were given the same check in info and door codes. UNSAFE AND UNACCEPTABLE.
House looks like a hoarder’s house, with broke down cars, and trash all around the house. Had to walk through mud and trash to get to the house. Was told we could check in an hour early, but the room not ready at original check in time. Waited patiently over an hour after orig check in time for room to be cleaned. Stains on sheets & towels. Had to wait another 3 hrs for towels, despite sending email, text, voicemail, and physically knocking on manager’s door. “King bed” (2 twins pushed together) mattress and pillows very hard, lumpy, & uncomfortable. Bathroom vent duct taped to the ceiling. Train across the street, very loud. Was given the wrong door code to get in, and the lock didn’t work (dead batteries). Manager tried her best to get the place cleaned and was very nice, but I would not recommend this place to anyone. Quite ghetto.
