Modern Sunnyside Cabin-Updated, charming, 2 bedroom, 2 bath
Modern Sunnyside Cabin is a charming two-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat nestled in the heart of Pineland. Comfortably sleeping four guests, the cabin is tucked away in a serene and tranquil setting, offering a quiet and peaceful escape while still being close to many of the West Shore’s most popular spots.
Guests can conveniently access William Kent Public Beach for a picnic by the lake or enjoy the amenities at nearby Kilner Park, including pickleball and tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, kids’ playground, BBQ areas, and picnic spots. The cabin is also close to Sunnyside Restaurant on the Lake, West Shore Market, the popular Fire Sign Cafe, and Shadyside Lounge, providing plenty of dining options just minutes away.
As you enter the cabin, the first downstairs ensuite bedroom features a queen-size platform bed, Roku Smart TV, and private bathroom with a shower stall. The laundry area is conveniently located in the hallway before you enter the open living room, kitchen, and dining area.
The living room offers comfortable seating, a wood-burning stove, and a Roku Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies.
The kitchen is well-equipped for preparing meals during your stay and includes a dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils, and several coffee-making options, including a Krups automatic drip coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, and a coffee press. The Nespresso and coffee press are located in the pantry behind the lamp in the corner of the living room. The pantry door blends into the wall, so it can be easy to miss.
Upstairs, you'll find the second ensuite bedroom, featuring a king-size bed, futon couch, Roku Smart TV, and private bathroom with heated floors and a shower stall.
The cabin also features three mini-split units (AC and heat), a forced-air heating system, and a wood-burning stove for climate control and comfort throughout the seasons.
Outside, enjoy the spacious deck with a gas BBQ, picnic table, and umbrella (summer months only), perfect for outdoor meals, morning coffee, or relaxing in the Tahoe sunshine.
For added security, the cabin has a Ring doorbell camera located at the front door. The owners also have a private space within the home with its own separate entrance, similar to a duplex arrangement, and may occasionally be on the premises. The garage is reserved for owner use only.
