Clean, comfortable, and well appointed rental home in a safe location. Outdoor space was lovely and beds were comfortable. They could use some extra blankets and washcloths but I messaged the property manager about this already. They were quick to reply. Overall pleased with the stay.

Spring family gathering

Though and older home, it was nicely updated, very comfortable and clean. Everything we needed, in a central location close to our parents and other locations we needed. Quiet , safe neighborhood. Would stay again if we come back. Loved the bunnies and quail, and backyard view. Hosts were very helpful with all needs.

Why they chose this property

We bought in this neighborhood because we have friends living close by. Also, Bill loves to golf, so a home on the golf course was a natural. We are also ten minutes from the P-83 shopping area, where the Seattle Mariner Spring training occurs State Farm Stadium is ten minutes in the opposite direction.

What makes this property unique

The uniqueness of our property is the big tree in front, the large attached garage, and the deck facing the golf course. We love to relax there in the morning with coffee and watch the golfer's Tee off or in the evening with a gin and tonic. Bill also practices putting after dinner on fifth green—right in front of our home. A peaceful water feature
