We loved this condo. The location was great and it was on the first floor with a patio. The kitchen was well equipped (could use new non stick pans) and bed very comfortable with a large tv. Would stay here again.

10-10 Communication, cleanliness, and calmness away from the chaos downtown. I couldn't imagine finding a place close enough to downtown St. Augustine with this level of peace to het away at the emd of the day.

The unit was mostly clean and well decorated. Bathtub is a little dated and has no grab bar. I had to unclog tub drain due to hair and clean heavy dust off vents. Toilet is clean, but designed for shorter folks. At 6’2”, I felt like i was too low and again no grab bar. That being said, the remainder of the unit was well taken care of and the host usually responded within 2-4 hours. The king bed was very comfortable and clean. I would recommend this condo.
