Welcome to the Gray Gull Cottage! A spacious family cottage directly across the street from North Hampton Beach just a few steps to the sand. Vintage style yet nicely appointed kitchen with new stainless appliances, washer, dryer, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and everything you need to cook. Large yard with Weber grill, hang out area with picnic table & chairs, outdoor wood stove, outdoor shower and plenty of off street parking! Enjoy wifi and smart tv. All linens and towels included. Twin beds can be converted to king beds prior to your stay upon request. Ice cream/lobster roll stand nearby as well as additional area beaches and parks. Easy access to major routes. Nestled between marsh and the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets!
