Thank you so much! I'm happy you had a great stay. I hope you'll stay with us on your next visit to Nacogdoches.
Location was very close to SFA campus, yet feels like you’re out in a forest. The house was very clean and comfortable. We were very happy with our stay.

You all were great guests — happy to have you back any time. 💜
The house was nice size for our group, it was very clean and well maintained. There was nice privacy from the road and a lovely yard. And great coffee from Java Jacks! Thank you!

Great location close to everything but feels like you're in the country. Plenty of room in this house to spread out but also nice places to gather. Nicole was extremely helpful and was in constant communication. Would definitely stay here again!

Oh . . .Thank you, Eric, for your kind words. We're happy you enjoyed your stay. You were great guests, and we'd love to have you back!
We were in Nacogdoches for a wedding. This house was the best for my grandchildren and family to stay. I love that they had the playpen and even toys for my three year-old granddaughter. Lots of land for the kids to run around and the backyard is fenced. I cannot say enough good things about staying here. Thank you very much.

We are so pleased it worked well for your family. With children and grandchildren of our own, we’re happy when our house meets our guests’ needs. Thank you for taking good care of it!
We hope you’ll stay with us again on your next visit to Nac! 💜
Nicole does a great job with this property. It’s clean. It’s comfortable. It’s roomy. And it is private. We did have an issue with intermittent Internet but Nicole was responsive and did all she could do with the provider on a Friday afternoon. The guys and I enjoyed the stay and will come back to this property again. I highly recommend this house and property owner!

You and your friends were wonderful guests. Thank you for your patience with the wifi issue. A technician is meeting me this week to be sure it doesn’t happen again. Thanks for letting me know.
I’m so happy to hear y’all had a great time. We’d love for you to come and stay again.
Very clean. Would recommend you have some coffee without flavoring to go along with flavored coffee. Would have enjoyed a hook by shower for towels. Thanks.

I’m sorry you didn’t enjoy the HEB San Antonio coffee blend. It’s usually a favorite. We’ll add some “regular” coffee, too.
Thanks for the suggestion for extra towel hooks near the shower.
Thanks for leaving things tidy and clean! 💜
About the host

We are new to VRBO but we love this house and the Nacogdoches area. We love having guests and are happy to visit with our guests as much or as little as they prefer.
Why they chose this property
We own the acreage (forested and pastureland) adjoining this house although we don't live there and there aren't other houses on the property at this point. It's a great space for taking long walks.
What makes this property unique
This house adjoins one of the largest "natural" (no houses, buildings, development) properties within the Nacogdoches city limits. We own most of this property and love that the house is so close for those who like spending time outdoors.
