As you head out to explore the town and surrounding area, you’ll undoubtedly notice that unlike some tourist destinations, Pacific Grove keeps community the priority, offering a chance to experience a slice of authentic California life through its local shops, restaurants, and streets lined with colorful 19th-century cottages. History buffs will love exploring the Point Pinos Lighthouse, the oldest continuously operating lighthouse on the West Coast. Beyond the Pacific Grove, the friendly, welcoming vibe lives on in cities such as nearby Monterey, where you can spend the day meandering along the cute boutiques and local seafood spots of the downtown area. Nature lovers won’t want to miss the opportunity to visit Monterey Bay Aquarium, offering amusement for the entire family, or taking a hike up Jacks Peak Park for even more unbeatable vistas.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and patio access.



The home also includes a half bathroom as well as an additional full guest bathroom with a pedestal sink and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This is a 28+ day rental only

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Garage and driveway parking available for 2 vehicles.

• Fireplaces are not operational for guest use.

• A deposit of $500/month is due prior to check-in to cover the cost of utilities for this home. Once utilities are deducted from this deposit at the end of your stay, the remainder will be returned. If the cost of utilities should exceed the allotted $500/month, please note that guests are required to cover the difference. The homeowner covers the first $200 on monthly utilities.
