The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
We simply ask that you leave the space as you found it, neat and tidy!
Don’t forget to tell us about your stay in our guest book!
Please bring garbage bins to the end of the driveway when your stay is over.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
DAMAGES: If there are damages to the property or any items in the house you will be charged the amount of that item.
If you are bringing pets please make sure to cleanup after them! There is a $40 fee for 2 pets.
GARBAGE: Pick up usually falls on Monday mornings, please move garbage to the end of the driveway if your stay falls on a Sunday night.

Our property is one-of-a-kind with multiple state-of-the-art features. As a 2024 new build, the house is modern and has all the features you could hope for on vacation. We are different from the rest and can offer you an amazing experience on Chautauqua Lake.
