Cozy cabin at Heavenly. Sleeps 8.

The unit is located within walking distance from the ski area on the Nevada side of Heavenly. The upper level features one bedroom, living room with dining area, full bath, full kitchen, laundry and an open loft. The lower level consists of one bedroom, full bath, and living room with a wet bar. The interior staircase is closed, and the only access to the lower level is through outside door, which provides more privacy for multi family groups. Nighttime occupancy 8, daytime occupancy 16. Parking is limited to 2 cars per county regulations. *Community Hot tub is still under construction, please inquire prior to booking. Permit #2026-VHR-0221

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please turn off all lights and appliance, except the dishwasher.
Please remove beddings and towels from bedrooms and place them in the laundry room.
Please don't leave any trash outside as we have bear activity in the area. You can leave the trash inside the unit.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Parking is limited to two cars per Douglas County ordinance. Renters must full out parking palcards located on the kitchen countertop.
Quiet hours are designated between 9pm and 8am.
The parking placards must be displayed on the driver’s side dashboard.
