Outstanding Location!! Right on the Beach, 1 Bed, 2 Bath Condo, Gulf Strand #203

Enjoy your stay in our beachfront condo on the beautiful white sands of St. Pete Beach with great views of the Gulf of Mexico. Our condo is a one bedroom with a king size bed, a nice sized walk-in closet and sliding doors to your private balcony, where you can relax and enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail while taking in the beautiful sunsets over the Gulf from our comfortable captain chairs. It also features an open concept living and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full sized refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and 2 coffee pots, one regular and one that accommodates K-cups. The living area opens onto the balcony and has a queen sleeper sofa. There are two full bathrooms with one off of the bedroom and the other down a short hall off the living area.

There are 2 flat screen tv's, a dvd player, free cable and free hi-speed wifi internet, and free calls to US & Canada. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. You will have access to the shuffleboard court, barbecue grills, under cover picnic area, and free parking for one vehicle (#32) and the elevator. There is onsite management available Monday - Saturday 9am - 5pm, and Sunday 9am - 1pm.

GREAT LOCATION - A shopping center is across the street with restaurants, 2 banks, gas station, coffee shop, internet cafe, a Walgreens and CVS Pharmacy, Publix Grocery Store, Dollar Store, a liquor store, ice cream shop, and several specialty shops, and local fishing and charter boats. Many other great restaurants and beach bars are within walking distance AWESOME!

Florida getaway

Had a lovely stay. Great location to beach, shopping, restraunts. Pool is a bit small bit spent most of our time on the beach. The unit had everything you could need.

Spotless, beautiful condo in great location

Homey and beachy, this condo has easy access to pool, grill and beach. Super comfy linens and pillows on king bed. Bar height Adirondack chairs on balcony provide nice beach views. Kitchen has everything and washer/dryer are a bonus! We’ll definitely stay here again.

Relax in St. Pete

Convenient location in St. Pete Beach with grocery, restaurants, bars and more steps away. The owners have stocked their unit with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Quiet setting at the pool and a massive beach steps away from your unit. Check in was easy and everyone was very helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Great room with a view

The room was just as pictured, it was great size for our family . Loved only a few steps to room and bottom floor to reach the beach so need for elevators. It was nice to have your own parking spot as well so no worries with trying to find a space.

This place was immaculate when we arrived and everything was very well organized. The location couldn't be better. Cabanas and umbrellas are available for rent right out front on the beach with a discount for staying at Gulf Strand. Mall with grocery store is right across the street. Communication with the owner is easy and fast. The management of the building is friendly and very responsive.

Superb hosts in St. Pete Beach

We spent the week of Thanksgiving right on the beach in this charming, well-equipped and perfectly situated condo. The host could not have been more accommodating! While the condo was undamaged by the recent hurricanes, the resort in which it is located was still repairing amenities, like the pool. As a result, the host generously refunded a portion of the rental fee, which we thought was incredibly nice. In addition, our host provided us with loads of helpful info on local services, stores, and restaurants. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. It was a week in Paradise we’ll fondly remember!

St Pete’s Beach

We stayed for 6 nights. The weather wasn’t great, but no fault of the condo. The unit was very nice and got compliments from visitors. A couple things were missing from the kitchen, but Betty immediately secured those items for us. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Spinner and Rumfish were favorites. The Publix grocery is within walking distance from the condo. The beach is gorgeous. We walked it every day.

Wonderful view and amazing place to stay!

We had a wonderful experience. This rental was perfect with the view, closeness to the beach and eateries. There is a bakery about a 5 minute walk away that is absolutely amazing. They loved staying here and would definitely stay here again or recommend it to a friend. Thank you!

Great little condo right on the beach. Nice view and close to shopping. The pool was so refreshing after a full day on the beach. We were a little bothered by the Red Tide that rolled in during our stay but we still enjoyed our little getaway.

Excellent Condo Stay

My family and I stayed here for a quick weekend getaway. The condo was exceptionally clean and well-equipped. There were plenty of beach chairs and beach toys in the hall closet. The property also has an area near the pool with extra toys and pool floats. The location was great! Quick and easy access to the beach and we loved being able to walk down the beach to local restaurants. We enjoyed the tall chairs on the patio, watching the sunset at night. The condo is located on the side of the building that faces the public parking, but it was no issue at all. You still have a great view of the water and noise wasn’t a problem.

We are Rick and Margie Brown and have been married for 25 years. Both of us are retired and we live in Illinois and love going to Florida as often as we can. We love the sunshine, beach and relaxation. We bought the condo for an investment and to have for our family and friends to use.

Why they chose this property

We have been coming to St Pete Beach for many years and absolutely love the area. We have been to many other locations in Florida but St Pete Beach is really special. It is not too big and saturated with so many people and we really like that there are no high rise hotels like you see in other areas like Clearwater.
When we were looking at condos in the area we found that our condo at Gulf Strand Resort was in a perfect location. It is right across the street from a shopping center and within walking distance to so many great restaurants, beach bars, music, activities, and shopping. We also like the Free Beach Ride and Trolley which are available when needed so we do not have to worry about driving or renting a car. We also like that we are close to Pass-a-Grill and John's Pass.
