Are you looking for a serene and romantic place with an amazing sea view and full privacy?

Our villa is a traditional Sardinian house made of two independent apartments, each one with a parental and a children bedroom, a bathroom, kitchen/living room.
You will enjoy a beautiful terrace furnished with a dining table and seats for 8.

There is also an open-air barbecue and a huge pizza oven with cooking facilities. An outside shower set between trees will chill you after a sun bathing.
The villa is located at one of the highest points of Torre Delle Stelle village. This means that not only can you enjoy a jaw-dropping view of il Mediterraneo, but you are really away from the hassle (noise & dust) of the village.

You will have the whole villa for you without the landlord's or neighbors' visit. However, birds' songs will replace your iPhone to wake you up in the morning for a steaming caffè italiano!

You need a car to reach the villa situated at the hilltop by a private road which ensures your total relax and tranquility.

Convenient access to Sardinia's southeastern pristine sandy beaches. The closest Genn'e Mari with 2 cocktail bars is 10 minutes by car. Our secret-well-kept Porto Sa Ruxi and Timi Ama's long golden sandy beach are within 20 minutes' drive!

Cagliari Elmas airport at 45 minutes. Visit San Benedetto fish market for the daily fresh catch and make your BBQ with chilled beer!

Sehr netter Kontakt mit Cinzia vor Ort. Wir konnten sogar zwei Stunden früher als vorgesehen einchecken. Die Lage und die Aussicht sind einfach spektakulär. Wir hatten einen traumhaften und entspannten Urlaub.

Vue exceptionnelle

Location qui offre une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer. Environnement très calme. La maison en pierre est très jolie. En amont les échanges avec Jean Paul ont été fluides et réactifs. L'accueil par Cinzia sur place à été excellent et très chaleureux (très bons conseils pour découvrir le coin). La maison est accessible par un chemin en terre et pierres qui grimpe bien (environ 10mn - voiture indispensable). Quelques équipements de la maison seraient à renouveler : frigo, climatisation. La literie est de très bonne qualité. Séjour très agréable. La région est magnifique.

Atemberaubender Blick

Wir (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) haben 2 wundervolle Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht! Es ist perfekt für 2 Familien, die zusammen Urlaub machen wollen und bietet die Möglichkeit sich dennoch zurückzuziehen, da es wie ein Doppelhaus aufgebaut ist. Der Weg zum Haus ist abenteuerlich und nichts für schwache Nerven :-) (unbefestigte Schotterstraße 5 min bergauf), man gewöhnt sich aber daran. Ein Auto ist daher ein Muss! Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und mit vielen vielen Tipps für die Insel versorgt (sehr sehr gastfreundlich!). Das Haus ist ausgestattet mit allen Küchenutelsilien, Kaffeemaschine, Fön, Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler. Da die Aussicht von dort so unglaublich ist, haben wir oft gekocht, die Abendsonne genossen und gegessen. Es gibt einen Grill und einen Herd draußen 👍 es ist alles nicht mehr ganz modern (Klimaanlage und Dusche könnten mal erneuert werden😉) , aber das hat uns nichts ausgemacht. Es war alles sauber. Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden auch nach 1 Woche gewechselt. Abends kann man wunderbar auf den Sonnenliegen die Stille am Berg genießen und unzählige Sternschnuppen sehen. 💫 wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen!

Il paradiso

E' stato un soggiorno fantastico, la casa è accogliente e perfettamente equipaggiata per una permanenza che prevede anche cene casalinghe. La vista che si gode da lì e semplicemente incredibile...abbiamo faticato a lasciarla!!! Cinzia che ha curato il check in e il check out è stata gentilissima con tutte le informazioni per poter godere al meglio le risorse del territorio e un grazie anche a Jean Paul per averci affittato la sua casa...un esperienza che ci ricorderemo con grandissimo piacere...

Tolle Aussicht

Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen in Torre delle Stelle. Vorab war die Kommunikation mit Jean-Paul super und vor Ort hat Cinzia sich umgehend um alles gekümmert. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Egal ob Bootsverleih oder Autowerkstatt, wir hatten immer innerhalb von 5 Minuten eine Antwort. Das Anwesen ist ganz oben auf einem Berg gelegen, daher ist ein Auto auf jeden Fall ratsam (5min Fahrt über eine Schotterpiste). Die Aussicht von oben ist atemberaubend. Wir haben es sehr genossen auf der riesigen Terrasse zu essen und den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten. Das Haus ist auch sehr schön eingerichtet, ganz im mediterranen Stil. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub!

Maison parfaitement équipée, calme et vue splendide.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette maison très bien équipée. La maison est bien situé, au calme, avec une vue magnifique. Nous étions deux familles de 3 et 4 personnes. Remerciements tout particulier à Cinzia pour son excellent accueil, ses conseils pour découvrir la région , et ses attention tout au long du séjour. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !!

Traumhaft ruhig

Wir (Familie mit 3 Kindern) haben den Aufenthalt und die Ruhe sehr genossen. Die Bilder beschreiben die Lage und die Ausstattung eindeutig. Den Gang zum Bäcker kann man mit der morgendlichen Joggingrunde verbinden (30-40 min). Mit dem Auto ist man, bedingt durch die Umwege und Einbahnstraßen nicht viel schneller. Der einzige Mangel ist die (in diesem Jahr) schlechte Zufahrtsstraße zum Haus. Der lokale Kontakt ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und hat viele intertessante Tipps gegeben. Wir können die Unterkunft bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus mit Meeresblick

Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen in dem Ferienhaus von Jean-Paul verbracht. Der Kontakt zu dem Vermieter war professionell, die Betreuung vor Ort durch Cinzia war perfekt und sehr herzlich. Cinzia hat auf unsere Fragen immer schnell geantwortet und hatte tolle Tipps zu Ständen, Restaurants etc. für uns. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet - es fehlte uns an nichts. Sogar Strandtücher waren da. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf die Bucht von Torre Delle Stelle ist einfach traumhaft. Auch der Strand in Torre Delle Stelle ist sehr schön, außerdem findet man im Umkreis von ca. 20-30 Autominuten weitere schöne Strände und Buchten. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen sicher wieder!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit fantastischem Meeresblick

Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Basis-und Küchen-Ausstattung. Sehr gut ist vor allem die Klimaanlage. Uns wurden sogar Badehandtücher für den Strand gestellt, sodass wir diese im Gepäck gespart haben. Die Kommunikation mit Jean-Paul und der örtlichen Ansprechpartnerin war sehr gut. Alle Fragen wurden uns schnell und zuverlässig beantwortet. Besonders gut war die Informationsbroschüre vom Haus, die wir vorab erhielten. In dieser waren schon alle wichtige Information beschrieben.

Excellent house with spectacular view!

Ideal place for two families who want to share their holidays. Two apartments, well equipped with a fantastic terrace and spectacular view. Many superb beaches to be reached within half an hour. Beautiful and authentic part of Sardegna. Will definitely come again:)

Stunning!!!

The location of this property is absolutely stunning! You can spend your whole day just staring at the view surrounded by nature and peace. Upon arrival, Cinzia met us at the property and showed us around. She was a wonderful host and amazing resource for beaches and places to visit, restaurants and shopping. The house was supplied with all the necessary items for our stay and more! We have travelled extensively and know Sardegna quite well but we have decided this is the place we will return to! Apart from the location and the beautiful beaches, we love its relative proximity to the Cagliari airport! Thank you again to Cinzia and to our hosts, we hope to be able to come back soon! Magical!

A dazzling vacation in Sardinia with our special thanks to the hosts. From the house, with such an amazing view, it was wondrous and strange to vividly (re)discover nature on holiday, as if we had never known it: a moonrise during the day, the moon's immense reflection in the sea, its path in the sky, how it changes every night, and the most stunning, a reddish and distorted moonset. Water so pure and perfect that only a few strangers around reminded us we were not in paradise, colors that sometimes seemed like a natural pool for the gods dusted with pure white or golden sand. Pure magic!

Il paradiso all improvviso

Ho soggiornato in questa villa nell agosto 2016 e ad oggi posso confermare che è stato il soggiorno più bello della mia vita. Accolta dalla simpatia e dalla gentilezza di Cinzia, la ragazza che si prende cura della casa e dei clienti come se fossero la sua famiglia, sono stata immediatamente catapultata in un angolo di paradiso nel quale avrei voluto passare il resto della vita. Le ville sono entrambe dotate di cucina e soggiorno, due camere, un bagno e tutti i servizi annessi e connessi di cui un villeggiante possa avere bisogno. Giardino e cortile curati al dettaglio, affacciano su una visuale mozzafiato dalla quale puoi contemplare il mare in tutto il suo campionario di colori. Torre delle stelle è un posto che mi è letteralmente entrato nel cuore. Vorrei tornarci quest anno, possibilmente nella stessa struttura, che con quelle visuali e quella privacy ti regala un senso di pace impagabile. Voglio ringraziare pubblicamente Cinzia per avermi portata a conoscenza della villa e per avermi messa in contatto con Jean Paul (proprietario della struttura e persona squisita), e spero di poterli riabbracciare anche quest anno sotto il cielo di Torre delle Stelle.

un séjour inoubliable

Nous avons trouvé les deux villas jumelles parfaitement conformes aux descriptions et aux photos. La vue sur la mer est vraiment à couper le souffle. Les couchers de soleil sont magiques. Calme absolu tout en haut des collines et environnement préservé. Les deux villas offrent la possibilité de moments partagés en particulier sur la terrasse et de moments plus intimes. Plages splendides à proximité et restaurants locaux excellents. Les hôtes sauront vous conseiller !
