The property had everything we needed for a quick trip to Cedar Rapids. It's a nice, quiet neighborhood with a huge backyard that our dog loved exploring. There was one unexpected quirk about the house, the only bathroom was in the basement. While this was not a problem for us, I feel it's worth mentioning that should anyone have mobility issues (bad ankles, knees, etc.) the basement stairs might be an issue.
