Fast Wi-Fi, well equipped kitchen, hardwood floors, central AC, comfortable queen size beds and comfort blinds in both bedrooms, full laundry facilities in the basement, smart 48" TV, keyless entry (smartlock), 24/7 check-in/out, and easy access everywhere in Cedar Rapids/Iowa City corridor...

Kitchen is stocked with Ninja Master Prep blender, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, complimentary tea & coffee supplies, dishes, pots & pans needed to cook a meal.

We provide all of the amenities you need including linens, towels, soaps & shampoos.

The backyard is spacious, surrounded by mature trees and privately fenced, with charcoal grill and comfortable patio furniture for your enjoyment.
